Story
There are so many wonderful things to say about Ambrosia. She arrived to us as a nursing mom with 7 kittens! They all went to an amazing foster home where she was able to take care of her kittens in the safest scenario possible. She was a very caring momma and after devoting herself to them and making sure they got the best start possible, it's now her turn to be pampered by a new family. She loved her foster family and was great with the kids in the home, very affectionate and loved being picked up and held. She did not appreciate the company of the other cats or the dog in the home, but her foster mom believed it was probably her momma instinct to protect her kittens. If interested adopters have other pets in the home, we would recommend a slow and structured introduction.

Story
Yeti is a stunning 7-year-old sweetheart with long, soft white fur, a fluffy grey tail, and the gentlest personality you could hope for. He is incredibly affectionate and loves every person he meets—truly a cat who wants to be part of your life, not just your home. Yeti is wonderfully vocal in a charming, conversational way, often greeting you with little meows and following you around just to be near you. He adores sitting right beside you for pets and will happily keep you company during work, TV time, or cozy evenings on the couch. Though he’s calm and easygoing, Yeti will absolutely indulge in some play when the mood strikes—batting at toys, chasing feathers, and showing off his softer, silly side. He can live comfortably with other cats and would do beautifully in a family home or with a single adopter looking for a loyal, loving companion. If you’re hoping for a gentle, soft, affectionate cat who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Yeti is the perfect match and is so ready for his forever home. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Story
Meet Draco – The Shy but Majestic Kitty Who Will Steal Your Heart 🐾✨ Introducing Draco, a handsome 9-month-old black kitty with silky fur and an aura of quiet mystery. Draco is a gentle soul, a bit on the shy side, and he prefers to observe the world from a safe distance before fully engaging. With his striking black coat and thoughtful eyes, he may take a little time to warm up, but once he trusts you, he’s sure to win you over with his quiet charm. Watch his YouTube video today https://youtu.be/94hCONSGtJ4?si=kZFj5m96H9UsYLHF Though Draco enjoys his moments of solitude, he’s no stranger to playtime. His curiosity often gets the best of him, and he’ll happily chase after toys or explore new spaces, albeit in his own gentle, reserved way. He’s not one to demand attention, but when he’s ready, he’ll nuzzle up for soft pets and a few quiet moments of connection. Draco’s ideal home would be one where patience and understanding are at the forefront. He gets along well with other cats and could thrive in a calm, loving home where he can take his time to bond. He lives in a home with his litter mates and enjoys playing with them and fetching toys mid air. But he could also do well as your one and only. Draco would also do well in a household with respectful, calm children who understand his shy nature and give him the space he needs to feel safe. If you’re looking for a sweet, reserved kitten who will slowly grow into your most loyal companion, Draco is waiting for you. His heart is full of potential, and with a little patience, he’ll show you the true magic of a bond built on trust and love. Could Draco be the calm, affectionate kitty you’ve been searching for? 🌙💖 Questions? Story
Emo’s Special Home Needs Emo is a lovely cat who has been in our care for over ten months, and her story is both touching and unique. During her stay, we discovered that she tested positive for heartworms—a result that deeply surprised us. Unfortunately, heartworm treatment options for cats are not available, so providing Emo with the best possible quality of life is our main priority. Emo’s current health is good, but her ongoing well-being depends on attentive supportive care. She thrives in an environment where she feels safe and comfortable, enriched with stimulating activities and a cozy windowsill where she can bask in the sun. Regular visits to the veterinarian are essential to monitor her health and ensure she remains happy and comfortable. If you are considering giving Emo a forever home, please consult with your veterinarian to discuss her specific needs and ensure you are prepared to provide the supportive care she deserves.
