Story
Marbles is a beautiful girl with gorgeous markings of color on her fur with a big, bold purrrsonality! She is a CVHS alumni who made her way back when her owner realized she was no longer the right fit. While in her home, she was an affectionate girl who loved spending time on her adopters lap. She also loved playing with the laser pointer, often playing until she had no energy left. She was a little too rough with her play style with her paws with the prior adopter, so a home that is used to a cat playing that way and understands Marbles can get overstimulated. She is currently in one of our colony rooms, and is tolerating her fellow feline friends. We are not sure how Marbles is with dogs, but with a slow introduction we feel like she’ll be just fine. She is known to get overstimulated so no young children please. To keep Marbles healthy she will be receiving a dental on April 23rd.

Story
Miriam and her ginger brother Stanley are 8-month-old adorable siblings and total sweethearts. They are bonded and we will only adopt them out as a pair. They love to be petted, sit on a lap, and play with their human friends. They both are gentle kitties with a medium energy level. They are very human-oriented and are sweet playmates with children who know how to handle cats with care. Lovely Miriam has the tiniest purr and quickly curls up on your lap. Her fur is super soft and matches her personality. Stanley is your typical, affectionate orange boy. They are devoted to each other and look forward to finding a home together. They will be wonderful companion pets. Please note that Kingdom Animal Shelter is not a 'same day' adoption shelter. Story
Delilah is a 1-year-old bundle of love and adventure. One day, this affectionate stray made a bold leap&#194&#151right into a kind stranger's car&#194&#151ready to start her next chapter. Since that moment, she's been nothing but loving, grateful, and full of charm. She adores people and is always on the lookout for attention and cuddles. Whether she's curled up in your lap, purring contentedly in your arms, or following you around with her adoring gaze, Delilah will make you feel like the center of her universe. Despite her rough beginnings, she has an incredible trust in people and a heart full of love to give. Delilah would thrive in a calm home with affectionate humans. She'd also do well with cat-savvy kids and other calm, friendly felines. Delilah is currently in a foster home and can be visited after submitting an application. Story
Colby is a very gentle 3-year-old boy. He is beautiful with his long luxurious silver-grey fur, his white blaze, snout and socks. When he came to the Shelter, his coat was very matted from lack of care, so he needed a 'lion cut' and looks very handsome with it. In the middle of winter, he and two other cats were abandoned by their evicted owners. Colby was the only one who survived several days in the freezing outdoors, while the other cats were killed by predators before they could be rescued. Colby stayed alive because he hunkered down in hiding, paralyzed by fear. Now that he is in a safe and warm space, Colby still spends a lot of time hiding in his comfy cat cave. He doesn't quite trust yet that things are going to be o.k. for him. But food is the way to his heart, he loves to be petted, and when he knows a person, he comes out and snuggles. He has made great strides to overcome his fearful experiences of the past. Colby will be a wonderful companion pet for a person or family who have a heart for a sweet cat like him. He would do best in a quiet home with someone who has time to engage him, pet him, and bring him out of his shell for sharing his love. He is a sweetheart! Please note that Kingdom Animal Shelter is not a 'same day' adoption shelter.
