Story
Cooper is our lovely senior boy, looking for a nice, calm home. He is very sweet and lovey-dovey. Can be nervous around some men. When he's comfortable with you, he's not shy to "tell you" what he's thinking and what he wants. He is very food motivate, but he needs to be fed with caution. He will eat until he vomits and then since his tummy is now empty, he wants to eat again. We find that it is best to feed him measured meals, 3 times a day. He's currently eating some kibble with the canned food mixed in with it and that seems to keep him from vomiting much better than if he were just left to scarf it down. He's in really good health and is up to date on his vaccines, he's been neutered and recently visited the vet for his checkup. He did well. He does sometimes get stressed with noise and can vomit. Once he's chilled out, he's fine. Doesn't happen often, but I guess everyone can have a bad day. He's currently out of state, but will be transported at no cost to the adopter. He is a special little boy that needs a great home to make the rest of his life the best years yet! Someone to make him feel so wanted and so loved and to spoil him to bits! If that could be you, please contact us for more information about Cooper!

Story
Hello, I`m Lightning, a 7 year old male. I cherish my quiet moments and enjoy a serene environment where I can ponder life`s mysteries. Being declawed, I prefer the safety and comfort of indoors, where I can watch the world from a cozy corner. I might take a bit to warm up to new friends, but once I do, I`ll be a loyal companion. I have my moods, but don`t we all? If you appreciate a cat with a touch of mystery and independence, I might just be the perfect addition to your family. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application at the following link https://www.humanesocietyofwilkes.org/adopt/application or contact Jennifer at fireball7705@yahoo.com with any questions.
