Story
Pickertail is a stunning young cat with a soft medium coat and markings that make her impossible to overlook. At 8 ½ months old, she’s still a timid girl who gets nervous in new situations, but her curiosity and sweetness peek through once she feels safe. She does wonderfully with other cats and would truly benefit from having a confident feline friend to show her the ropes. Pickertail loves food, cozy naps, and cuddle time with her cat buddies — she finds a lot of comfort in their company. She will need time, patience, and a calm home where she can adjust at her own pace. But for the person willing to give her that chance, Pickertail has so much love to offer once she feels safe. She’s waiting for someone who believes in her and is ready to help her blossom. Apply to meet her at www.cchswi.org

Good with kids, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Sunny is the sweetest boy, but is not suited for life indoors. He is an energetic and talkative cat, who loves freedom to explore. He is very playful, but prefers chasing birds outside. Sunny wakes up every morning with two things on his mind: food and going outside. As soon as he finishes his breakfast, he is at the door meowing to be let out. Sunny would thrive in an environment where he is free to roam outdoors, catching birds and mice, and has the option to socialize with people. He does not do well with other cats when indoors, but is a bit better with cats outside. He is very tolerant of people, and is great with young kids and large groups of people, as well as loud noises. Sunny is litterbox trained and is comfortable walking on a leash (but would much rather run free). Sunny is neutered, up-to-date on all of his vaccinations, and microchipped. I love Sunny so much, but we aren't a match, so I want to find someone that can provide him with an environment where he will thrive.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This kitten is a member of the Big Bang Theory Litter. They were brought to us with their Mama Penny and lucky enough to be able to spend the first weeks in one of our "favorite" foster homes. They have now returned to our main shelter healthy, happy, and playful kittens. This litter is just sweet as can be. Our Tortie mom gave us, three orange tabbies and two black kittens (one long haired) all are perfect, just a beautiful "blended" family. This litter was recently s/n and vetted so are now ready to find their forever families.  ***Raj is a long-hair black colored male kitten. He is gorgeous right? We think he knows it too, as you might be able to tell from his pictures. He is quite a little heart breaker.  Read below before you apply ***IMPORTANT***We require your home to include a similar aged feline companion. Young kittens will NOT be approved for homes where they will not have another similar aged KITTEN (Kitten= under 1 year of age) companion. If you do not wish to adopt two kittens, please consider selecting a cat nearer to one year of age or older. Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of both cats while also making your life easier. Single kitten issues/problems are a real thing. Complete our online adoption application a www.littleorphans.org to start the process of adding an adorable kitten (or two!) to your home. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call.  Adoption fees for kittens include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip. He is so sweet and soft-hearted, but loves to play and snuggle with his siblings. Come on down to see for yourself! I just know we will be fast friends!Medical History: All of my teeth were removed due to severe periodontal disease.
