Story
Hi, I got him when he was about a few months old around Jan 2024 from a friend of mine in Minnesota who had a lot of kittens during that time. I am unsure of his exact birthdate but I’d say when I got him he was about a few months old so up to date I’d say he’s a little over a year old. He did awesome being in a car for a long period of time. He is my first cat ever, and I have cherished every moment with him but unfortunately due to personal reasons I no longer can keep him. He is very chill, enjoys his space but can be very clingy at times following me around. Loves his naps and always loves watching birds/squirrels out the window.

Story
*I`m available for adoption from my foster home! If you`d like to meet and potentially adopt me, please call the shelter and ask for the Shelter Program Manager.*Intake Reason: Surrendered due to not good with children & litterbox issues. Known with: ·Cats: Unknown ·Dogs: Unknown ·Kids: Not good. Lived with 5yr + 11yr and hid from them.*WCHS recommends a calm & quiet household for me.*I’m a shy, independent girl who prefers time to myself. I still have a whole lotta love to give, just on my own terms. My previous home said I LOVE to look out the window, munch on treats, and lay on their laps at night. I also enjoy cheek rubs.I have a history of litterbox issues, but WCHS believes this was due to me being fearful of the children in my home, so I should go to a home without any young children. My foster mom says I’ve had perfect litterbox manners!I also have a history of being a bit of a bobble head. This tends to happen when I’m stressed, like at the vet or when I hear a loud noise. My previous vet recommended a calming medication to help prevent these episodes & I’m great at eating it in a Churu treat.

Story
Salix is a 7 year old female gray long haired cat, who was adopted from Manitowoc, WI after her first owner passed. She is well-adjusted as an indoor cat, potty trained, and does not jump on counters or tables. She likes sleeping with her owner and on the couch. I’m no longer able to keep her due to relocating. She is great with kids and other cats. It’s unknown if she’s well with dogs. She has a clipped ear after MADACC neutered her. I’m asking for a good home for her and no money in return. Thank you
