Story
Milton was fostered for 5 years by a veterinary x-ray professional who needed to rehome him due to her child's allergies. She said Milton was shy and also lived with other dogs and cats at the home. It's been 2 months and Milton will not come out from underneath the bed. He will only come out when no one is in the house or at night time...... He uses the litter box, eats his dry food and water bedside and attempts to open up all the closets and doors in the house nightly as well as retrieve treats in his little cat house. Im using Felliway follwed by Therapet phermones diffuser to help with no success. We are absolutely unable to touch. Milton, and he hisses when he sees us look under the bed.We recently acquired a 2yr old to love due to the inability to LOOK at Milton and now this tortie is eating ALL food provided. Not Good! This is absolutely no life for this poor baby..... And for my sanity I wish to rehome him to someone versus dropping him off at the humane society. Please help.

Story
Sophie is a sweet girl who enjoys being brushed and loved on. She has been with us since March, and in that time, we have really fallen in love with her. She gets along with cats but mainly does her own thing. Sophie enjoys daydreaming in the sunshine and looking out the window. She would make an easy companion for someone in a calm home. For an appointment to meet Sophie, please submit the adoption application (no commitment) found on our website, www.satchelslastresort.org, and an adoption counselor will be in touch.

Story
Fiona is a very friendly cat. She enjoys being petted and brushed. She and Ignacio are both Feline Leukemia Positive. They can live with dogs but should not be mixed with other cats who do not have Feline Leukemia. They are healthy and are not showing any symptoms and we would love for them to go home together.
