Rose is a 6 year old female cat. She can be a little shy at first but once comfortable she is very sweet. She loves a good nap spot during the day and enjoys being petted. She was surrendered to us with her kitty friend, Carmen. They can be adopted together or separately. Rose has lived in a house with other cats and small dogs before, we believe after a proper introduction she will do just fine. Rugen is just the sweetest. Just look at his face! And then look at the PAWS! He has many names; first Bigfoot, then Rugen after the 6 fingered man in Princess Bride, but more often he’s called Mega Mittens! Rugen has 23 nails that will need to be trimmed, but he’s a good boy about it. He’s very playful with his foster siblings: Ares, Athena & Little Mark, but he’s also a serious napper. His favorite spots are where he can look outside. He’s also great at cuddling with his human foster mom on the couch and in bed. He has not been around dogs in his foster home but may get along well with a kitty-friendly doggie, if introduced properly. Rugen is litter box trained, current on his vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, dewormed and on flea prevention. Sho Me and MO came to us through a lady in SE Sedalia. She took in a pregnant female kitty, who later gave birth to four kittens. Sho Me and MO are two of those kittens. This very kind lady is keeping the mother cat and we are seeking homes for the four kittens. Sho Me and MO were born May 28, 2024. Sho Me is a male with a beautiful fawn colored coat. MO is a little girl with a classic Orange Tabby coat. They both have medium length hair. They are two beautiful kitties with charming personalities. Sho Me and MO are currently living in one of our foster homes in Southeast Sedalia with two older cats and a small gentle dog. They all get along well and test each other’s patience with their interest in teasing and playing. They are a bundle of energy and love their life. They sleep soundly thru the night so they can play hard through the day. The older cats have taught them to be enjoyable rascals and very, very affectionate. Both kitties love people and being cuddled. They love to tuck their head under your chin and nap there. They purr constantly. They love both wet and dry food, and of course kitty treats! They will grow up to be medium sized kitties judging from the size of their mom. They both have a full, rich and purrfect coat. Their coats are incredibly soft and lush. These kitties would be wonderful Pals for you and your family. In spite of their outdoor beginning they need to be indoor kitties only. They do not know the perils of the wild. They have been indoors since joining their foster family. They are both in excellent health. They have been fully vet’d which includes, spaying, all kitten shots, worming, fleaing and the implanting of a micro identity chip. They are fully litter box trained. I am a pretty independent cat who prefers to stick to myself and do my own thing. I enjoy sitting in window sills, sunbathing, and lounging on carpet cat trees. I want attention on my terms. I am litter box trained and am neutral to other cats but would rather be the only one.
