Story
JC and CC are 9-month-old brothers who are in desperate need of finding homes very quickly. The caretaker of these very sweet and friendly kitties is moving into assisted living so time is of the essence. They are living outside and are so ready to be inside - they are constantly looking in the windows of their caretaker's house, begging to come inside. Both are very loving and social and absolutely love people. These 2 are looking for an inside only home. JC is a medium-haired black and white kitty and his brother CC is handsome tuxedo kitty. Both has been neutered and gotten their rabies vaccines. We are getting them their distemper vaccines and deworming them. Please give these adorable kitties a chance. Ideally it would be great if they were adopted together but given the desperateness of the situation, giving 1 of them a home would be amazing. The adoption fee is $65 for one but if you can find room in your heart and home for both, the adoption fee for both is $100. Email edenlake1@yahoo.com for more information or an adoption questionnaire. Please, PLEASE help save these very young kitties!! They deserve a chance. Must be 22 to apply. Courtesy post : GCarpenter

Story
Ginger is about 8 months old. She was rescued from a hoarding situation where there were 36 cats. She was not spayed or vaccinated. Now she has all of her vet services and is negative for feline AIDS and leukemia. She is a little shy at first but warms up quickly and then you will find a sweet, loving and playful cat. She has a lovely medium to long haired coat. She is also unique because most orange cats are males.

Story
Cara is a very sweet 6+ year old spayed, house trained indoor cat. She was adopted when she was 4 months old by our son. He and his wife's new travel schedule has created the need to rehome Cara. She has all her shots and needs a loving home. Her adoption comes with a travel crate, toys, food, food and water dish and other items. We have brought her into our home but our cat is not accepting Cara. Cara and our Labradoodle get along great.

Story
Mars is a sweet orange cat that is almost a year old, he is curious and very friendly. Loves cuddles and is very good with kids. Mars never adapted to living with a dog and we still have to work very hard to keep him and our dog separate and it has become too much. He would do best in a home with no dogs.

Story
My daughter adopted Plato from a family in Mooresville when he was just a few weeks old. That was about 4 years ago. Unfortunately, my daughter has to relocate for work, is no longer able to have pets in her apartment, and really wants to find Plato a home where he can be around people and be loved. Plato has been around our two dogs (a golden retriever and a shipoo puppy) and does not mind being around them. He also loves to nap anywhere cushy (beds, sleeping bags, couches) or anywhere sunny (window sills, back porch).
