Story
Helena is a deeply loving female who often enjoys laying in a warm lap or playing fetch with a crumpled paper ball. She also loves belly rubs and giving kisses (loving licks) and we often think that she was a dog born into the body of a cat. She gets along with her sister Athena but doesn't enjoy the company of our other two cats, likely because we failed to introduce them correctly. She was diagnosed with Spondylosis about a year ago but despite the vet's assertion that her mobility would decline, we still frequently observe her going up and down the stairs and laying on the clothes dryer. She has been on a regimen of Dasuquin, a joint supplement to prevent joint issues but it remains to be clear if it is truly necessary. A couple times, she has received Adequan for skin irritation that promptly addressed the skin issues. I have a suspicion that the skin issues as well as the Spondylosis are both symptoms on long endured stress. Please be aware that she was declawed long ago.

Story
Meet Lotus Lotus and her siblings, Penny and Lennox, where rescued from a storm drain. AARF took them in and placed them in a foster home that had a nursing mom and they all thrived. Lotus is a sweet little girl that can be a little shy at first but once she gets to know you loves to get attention. She is very curious and loves to explore. She loves to run around and play with her siblings. She would love to be adopted with one of her siblings or another kitten to have someone with play with and get out all her kitten energy. She has been around dogs in his foster home so she would do fine in a home with dogs. For more information you can reach out to her foster mom Ashley at 901-299-1679.

Story
Meet Clara! Her back story is she was found outside by herself at about 4 weeks of age. She loves her blanket, her toys, her food, giving her some attention, and loves to play! She can get the zoomies. She loves to climb and explore. She loves having someone around and watching what you do. She can be under foot sometimes, so watch your steps! When she's sleepy and ready for a nap, she loves to snuggle and either be near or most likely on you. She does well in the car in her carrier. She is young so I'm sure she can learn to love and get along with other pets as long as your pets are good and gets along with others. She has had some socialization with others (cats/dogs), she seems curious or does well. I'm not sure how she will be with children, but probably would be best with older children. She deserves a loving, caring, safe, happy, forever home and family.
