I adopted Arwen 3 years ago, aged 5. She was at a shelter, having been surrendered by her owners because of a severe flea allergy which they could not afford to treat. At least, that's what I was told. She was virtually hairless, but within 2 months of regular treatments she grew the most lush and beautiful coat, which she still has. Arwen is incredibly sweet. She loves to sit in a lap and purrs with your first touch. She is very active, runs and jumps like a kitten, and likes catnip, string toys, and Temptations. She gets along with my elderly neutered male cat- they pretty much hang around with each other. It's interesting to have two cats on your belly! She and my spayed female do not get along- they've each staked out their areas and don't enter the other's. Please contact me with questions.
