Story
Boots is a medium-haired black and white male about 5 months old (4/1/23).  He and his siblings, Stormy, Taquito, and Mittens, were found at the Home Depot with their Mama.  Boots can be a little shy at first, but he loves to play and chase his toys.  His favorite thing is to sit beside you so you rub his belly.  He loves playing with my litter mates and chasing balls. He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings as they are all bonded.  All four littermates are VERY playful and active.  They love to play with toys or other cats and are never bored.  They get along well with cats, and we think they'd be great with dogs and kids.  They are negative for feline leukemia and aids, had their first distemper and rabies vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed or neutered.  Additional vaccine (distemper booster) included in adoption fee.  May be adopted separately or as a pair (discount for two!)  If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.netWe are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.September 19, 2023, 9:06 am

Story
Mittens is a medium-haired black and white female about 5 months old (4/1/23).  She and her siblings, Stormy, Taquito, and Boots, were found at the Home Depot with their Mama.  Mittens can be a little shy at first, but she is so sweet and affectionate once she gets to know you.  She loves to carry her toys around in mouth, and when you rub her belly, she automatically starts purring and making biscuits.  She would love to be adopted with one of her siblings as they are all bonded. May be adopted separately or as a pair (discount for two!)  If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net  We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. Story
Maude is a quiet girl, but her purrs are anything but quiet. As soon as you reach for her, Maude will cautiously lean into your hand for pats. She also makes the sweetest little biscuits when shes really happy. Maude tends to keep to herself, but we can tell shell come out of her shell once shes settled into her forever home. She would do best in a home with older kids, no canines, and friendly cats.

Story
Marla came from a hoarding situation where she lived with many other cats. Marla may have a bit of a cranky face, but we suspect its because shes used to taking care of her littles who were always getting into trouble! Haha! Shes an independent cat who will approach you for pats on her own terms. Marla doesnt seem thrilled with the resident dogs in her foster home, but she tolerates them as long as they keep their distance.

Story
Whitman is just like a box of chocolates... mostly sweet, a little nutty, and gives you something you just dont like once in a while. He is a calm, sensitive boy who stares out the window a lot. He loves to be petted sometimes. Once in a while he will even growl a bit while at the same time asking for pets. And every now and then his tail will fluff and twitch, and you better understand thats just a nope, not right now! Hes an interesting character who will provide joy and beauty to your life, with a hint of spice. Are you up for the challenge and maybe a sweet reward?

Story
Glenda and Goosh are a bonded pair of three old kitties. They came to us when their former family could no longer care for them. Glenda likes to get up in whatever youre doing and help you. Goosh is more of an Im going to stare and look pitiful so youll feel guilty and play with me type. He also may give you a gentle boop boop on the nose if the food and water level is not satisfactory to him. Both love to snuggle with kids and adults and be a wonderful part of the family.
