Story
Meet the pastry kitties – Biscotti, Cookie, Truffle, and Shortbread.  Cookie and Biscotti make an adorable pair.  Cookie is a medium-haired (fluffy) dilute torti female, while Biscotti is a medium-haired (Fluffy) Russian blue mix male.  All four kittens are about 10 weeks old (DOB about 2/20/25) and weigh 2 to 2.5 pounds.  All four have been in foster care since they were quite small, so they are very social and cuddly purr machines. Give them a ball or just about any toy, and they are busy for hours until they finally pile up for nap time.  They LOVE everyone as soon as they meet them.  They are VERY playful and active.  They love to play with toys or other cats and are never bored.  They like to be held and to snuggle.  They get along well with cats, and I think they'd be great with dogs and kids.  They are negative for feline leukemia and aids, had their first distemper vaccine, been wormed, had advantage for fleas, and been vet checked and spayed or neutered.  Additional vaccines included in adoption fee.  May be adopted separately or as a pair (discount for two!)  Preference will be given to local adopters who have a young playmate companion for the kitten or are willing to adopt a pair.  We do not adopt kittens to homes where they will be a solo pet. If interested in these cutie pies, please contact Holly at 865-671-4564 or hhfrey1@tds.net    We are a small, private feline-only rescue group dedicated to the rescue, care and placement of homeless cats and kittens. The majority of our cats and kittens come from high kill shelters. Through our application and interview process, we strive to make the 'purrfect' match to insure a loving, lifelong home for those in our care. We do NOT receive funding from any national organization, federal or state governments.May 11, 2025, 6:45 pm

Meet Jane! The calm, beautiful cat who finds joy in the simple things like watching birds on TV or outside the window. She may not be the first to seek attention, but she loves gentle pets and sitting quietly by your side. Once she's comfortable, Jane enjoys playful interactions with other cats. She's a peaceful, affectionate girl in search of a gentle and patient family to call her own.

Story
Randy showed up outside a cat owners home desperately asking to come inside. The homeowners fed Randy outside for a week thinking she lived in the neighborhood and would go home. Sadly Randy hung out, unsure of where to go. She was already spayed so someone cares about her at some point, but a search for the owner was unsuccessful. Shes a sweet girl who loves to be petted until she doesnt. She might give you a little nip if you cant take the hint! Randy is tolerant of other cats but doesnt seem to have a feline bestie in her foster home. She tends to hang out around doors, gazing at the wildlife. We recommend being careful when going outside!
