Story
Calypso is about 2 years old. We found her as a kitten as a stray. She had bad eyes infections that cleared up but then a few months of having her the eye infection came back in one eye and it turned out to be worse than that and she had to have that eye removed. So she only has one eye but it doesn't stop her from playing and being sweet. She loves to chase little balls to play and is very cuddly. If she sees anyone sitting down she will immediately crawl into their lap to make biscuits and snuggle, even if its a stranger. She is a very sweet girl, but she does have anxiety with other pets in the home. We have five other cats and it gives her anxiety, the vet recommended she be rehomed to a single pet home. We love her dearly and want her to find a home that will love her and spoil her with her being the only pet.

Story
Megan Thee Cat is around 15-16 years old. She was my father-in-law’s beloved fur baby and he has passed away. Megan is such a sweet girl so we tried keeping her in the family! However, other animals seem to stress her out, which affects her stomach. We tried for a year and a half to see if she could adjust and it just doesn’t seem fair to her to keep trying. Everyone in the family has either cats or dogs or we would rehome within the family. She does have a sensitive stomach and stress makes it worse.

Story
Marie is an older cat that is set her ways. She was a baby when we adopted her in 2015. She turned 9 in February of this year. She has been around other animals her whole life and the majority of her life she has gotten along with them, mainly if they leave her be, LOL. As of the past year though, she does not like the company of other animals and prefers solitude, other than her human counter parts. She can be affectionate, on her terms and she can be vocal as well when she wants something. For them most part she is a very low maintenance cat who deserves to be a less stressful home environment than the one she has currently. We love her very much and it will be hard to let her go but we are thinking what is best for her. We are hoping to find a good home for her to spend her days without stress.

Story
My name is Shadow. I'm a gorgeous black (panther) house cat.  At first, I might seem a little shy, but once I settle in and get to know you,  I'm great fun.  I love to play, explore, treats, and hanging out with my cat friends .  I would love to be adopted with my sibling Luna... or to a family with another friendly kitty cat.   I do have a small amount of thinned hair. The vet says it is part of me recovering from a skin infection, which I was already treated for.   Do I sound like the perfect fit for your family? I have my vetting done!  I have been spayed, had my vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, preventative flea & dewormer, and I'm microchipped. So, what are you waiting for? If you'd like to meet me,  fill out an application . There is no obligation, it just starts the conversation.   Approx DOB 07/26/2024   Did you know?  Every  Saturday & Sunday  Frisco Humane Society has  Adopt-A-Pet  events at  PetSmart  at 3333 Preston Road, Frisco, TX.
