Story
Meet Brownie. This gorgeous girl is a three-year-old, medium-haired tortoiseshell with the softest fur and the most soulful eyes. She’s a big, fluffy beauty who turns heads wherever she goes — but it’s her gentle heart that truly makes her special. She was adopted a couple of years ago but recently returned when she and the other cat in the home (her littermate) just couldn’t find harmony. Sometimes even family doesn’t mean “best fit,” and that’s okay — it simply helped us learn what she truly needs to thrive. She’s a shy, quiet soul who blossoms with patience. Once she feels safe, she shows her affection on her terms — sweet, calm companionship, soft purrs, and a steady presence by your side. She’s not demanding or loud, just beautifully content sharing space with someone who understands that trust takes time. This lovely girl would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can be the center of attention without competition. A calm household with older children would suit her well, as she appreciates gentle interactions and predictable routines. She has excellent litter box manners, is fully vetted, microchipped, and ready for her next chapter — one filled with kindness, understanding, and love. If you’re looking for a peaceful, devoted companion who will reward your patience with quiet affection and unwavering loyalty, this pretty tortie may be the one your heart has been waiting for.

Story
Hello, I'm King Louie the Cat. I am a kitty that is loyal, royal and loves the lux life.  Ideally good in a home with another cat. I'm happy with other nice cats and love my people once I've settled into my new castle. I'm not too sure about dogs, but I've been in a home with 2 and tolerated them well in my foster home. I like kids and have been around all ages of cat-kind children. I would do fine as a solo-cat or with another friendly kitty as well. I love to lounge, play, partake of delicious snacks, sit atop my throne -- you call it a cat tree, relax in the window (bird watching) and hang out with my people. I have great litterbox habits, too! Interested in meeting me, put in an application (there is no obligation) at FriscoHumaneSociety.com. I have all my core vetting: spayed, vaccinations, neg/neg FIV/FeLV test, flea prevention, deworming prevention, microchipped. Approx DOB 9/1/21Interested in one of our cats/dogs? First step: Fill out the required adoption application. We do not adopt to anyone living outside of the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cat/litter), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Story
My name is Shadow. I'm a gorgeous black (panther) house cat.  At first, I might seem a little shy, but once I settle in and get to know you,  I'm great fun.  I love to play, explore, treats, and hanging out with my cat friends .  I would love to be adopted with my sibling Luna... or to a family with another friendly kitty cat.   I do have a small amount of thinned hair. The vet says it is part of me recovering from a skin infection, which I was already treated for.   Do I sound like the perfect fit for your family? I have my vetting done!  I have been spayed, had my vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, preventative flea & dewormer, and I'm microchipped. So, what are you waiting for? If you'd like to meet me,  fill out an application . There is no obligation, it just starts the conversation.   Approx DOB 07/26/2024   Did you know?  Every  Saturday & Sunday  Frisco Humane Society has  Adopt-A-Pet  events at  PetSmart  at 3333 Preston Road, Frisco, TX. Story
To meet this kitty, please text 214 621 1139. Junia is a feisty little cutie. Look at that perpetually snarly, little mug of a face. She is so cute in every way. Her foster mom can't help but adorn her with cute little hats just to see that grumpy expression come to life. Junia loves to give cuddles to her foster mom, but she is one strong wrestler when it comes to roughhousing with her foster feline siblings. She loves to talk and ask for her special treats. She is particularly partial to churus. Adopt this little gremlin and make her a part of your family. She is quite charismatic in every way. To Meet and Greet our kittens/cats, please copy and paste the link into your browser to fill out this application form so we can schedule a meeting: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdf3ebq7POP7EcSJGQV-GK9GThtux4SYMGV9jqWyQJyq7M1KQ/viewform This is a No Exception Rule: Due to its young age, this kitten cannot be adopted into a home that has no other young cat(s) or kitten(s) for it to socialize with. Consider adopting the kitten with a sibling if you don't already have a kitten or cat at home. Please note the following: We always do vet reference checks and we WILL NOT adopt kittens or cats into household where the residential pets are unvaccinated. This is to ensure the safety of BOTH our kitten/cat and your current pets. We also only adopt locally and will reserve the right to deny Meet and Greet as our volunteers cannot do any home visits if the distance is too great.February 13, 2026, 5:33 pm
