Story
Violet is available for our foster to adopt program! This program is only available for residents in Midland/Odessa TX within driving distance of our veterinary clinic. Potential adopters must complete an adoption form, sign a foster to adopt agreement, and work with their foster coordinator to schedule vet appointments. Our adoption fee is $100 with an approved application. Violet is a beautiful little girl with her unique tortie point coloring. She is very sweet and curious but also independent. She loves to get cuddles when she is sleepy and to check out what her humans are doing. She is a big fan of fetch and will bring you toys and drop them at your feet. She can be shy at first and it might take her a bit of time to warm up in a new home. For more information on Violet please send us an email at Info@pbanimaladvocates.org Due to the high volume of applications we receive we will not respond to inquiries out of our local area as we have limited volunteers.
We'll also keep you updated on Chowder's adoption status with email updates.

Story
Hi there… I’m Chowder, a fluffy, long-haired tabby boy with soft fur, kind eyes, and a heart that’s still learning how brave it can be. When I first came to my foster family, I was just one tiny kitten all by myself. Then I met a whole group of six other kittens, and they welcomed me into their little gang. At first, I wasn’t sure what to think — everything was new and loud and busy — but over time, I found my place. I’m still a bit shy, but once you reach out and touch me, I melt. I lean right in for scratches, start purring, and sometimes just flop over like a ragdoll, completely relaxed and trusting. I might hang back and watch the others play, but don’t let that fool you — I’ve got a playful side too, especially when I’m with my kitten friends. Here’s what makes me special: • I’m gentle and calm. I’m not wild or rambunctious — I bring a soft, peaceful kind of energy to the room. • I love affection, even if I take a moment to warm up. Once I know I’m safe, I’m all in — soft purrs, head bumps, and little snuggles. • I feel happiest with a friend. Having another cat around gives me courage and helps me come out of my shell. I’d love to find a home where I can have a companion to cuddle and play with. I may not demand attention like some of my bolder siblings, but when you give me love, you’ll see how special I really am. I’m sweet, gentle, and grateful for every bit of kindness I’m shown. If you’re looking for a quiet, loving companion — a soft, handsome boy who just needs a gentle touch and a little patience — I think I might be your Chowder. We have a $100 adoption fee for all cats. Chowder has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and is FIV/FeLV negative. https://form.jotform.com/220535147311142 See less
