Story
Milo is just the ultimate cat! He's playful, he demands affection (but only when he wants it), enjoys long naps in the sun, and will become your child's best friend. Milo came to us more than a year ago from a family who'd bit off more than they could chew with a new kitten and a very cat-enthusiastic large breed dog. He was just 6 weeks old and small enough to fit in your hand, and even then he was brave, confident, and ready to play! Milo has grown up in a foster family of dogs big and small, many feline friends, and young children (one of which carries him around everywhere). We are confident he will be a great fit for a home with lots of action and many companions of all sizes.

Story
These kittens were found as strays and were never reclaimed. They all came in sick but are now healthy and ready for adoption! They are all very playful kittens who love to run around. They all use the litterbox well. They love toys, climbing on things, and playfully attacking one another. They have all received 2 of their 3 FVRCP vaccinations and dewormer. They are pending on a spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, and microchips. A spay/neuter appointment will be set up at the time of adoption. All adopted cats spayed/neutered through ECHS receive an ear tip, no exceptions.

Story
Sunisa ‘Suni’ l’Extraordinaire, named during the excitement of the 2024 Paris Olympics carries the torch for her namesake, USA gymnastics Olympic champion, Sunisa Lee. Lee is an Auburn Tiger and so is Ms. Suni (sue-knee) l’Extraordinaire with her with copper and blond auburn tiger stripes and sweet le tigre face. She is athletic and graceful and her leaps to the cat tree beam are a thing of beauty. Her feather boa tail may make her seem the diva, with that haughty flip of that floof flag and her wide-eyed gaze but she is a tough competitor. She carries her favorite prey, an eviscerated and bedraggled, dunked-in-the-drink mouse with a deep growl to ward off the siblings and flips it into the air as she plays with elaborate choreography. Try to take her photo and she comes in for a super close up. She looks deeply into your eyes telling you that she wants to be picked up, held, cuddled and kissed. She won’t stay too long, there are adventures to have and sunbeams to stretch out in and Squirrel TV to watch. This little girl loves her mama and would love to be adopted with her. Born: 5/2/2024 Background and Description: Suni’s mom, Lee “Mama Lee-Lee,” a small, smart, long-haired tuxedo kitty found refuge for Sunisa and her two siblings in the parking garage at the UNT Health Science Center. The kittens were taught that safety from predators, cars, (and humans who came too close) was a quick scurry into the undercarriage of the electric carts plugged in on the first floor. The kittens were taught that safety from predators, car, (and humans who came too close) was a quick scurry into the undercarriage of the electric carts plugged in on the first floor. A cat mom who had adopted her first fur baby from Meowtown was leaving the gym at the Texas Health Science Center one evening. She had recently graduated and was soon to leave to begin her residency in another state. Walking to her car, she spotted the little family in the parking garage. That feline family won the lottery that night as that med student and her med student friends made it their mission to get them safe and cared for.
