Hazel arrived out of the blue one day and is absolutely the sweetest cat to people I’ve interacted with in a long time. She enjoys being held most days, doesn’t mind being picked up to move her around if needed, she will lay at your feet or cuddle with you if she feels like it (like most cats) With dogs it is another story. She has taken to ambushing our dog and attacking and the attacks are getting more frequent and intense. We have tried interrupting the aggression, and she seems to tolerate the dog if she’s on something calming like treats with calming herbs in them, but without those she does seem to seek out a fight with the dog. We think in a dog free home she would be a perfect pet with a lot of energy, enjoys play, is hungry all the time (lol) and very sweet and will chat with you (vocal in a good way, not the annoying constant yowling way)
