Story
Billy is a handsome 1-year-old short hair brown tabby. He is equal parts playful and snuggly and is very smart and aware of what is going on around him. He can be over-stimulated by children and we feel he would do best in an adult household. He was taken in as a tiny kitten and cherished by his family. He went on trips with them, walked on a leash and halter, and was learning hand signals. Due to a family health crisis, his people must relocate. Sadly, Billy cannot join them. He has been confused by this sudden change, but we feel that once he is in a loving home he will exhibit his amazing personality. Billy is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is neutered and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the 'More About Us Button' and then click on the 'Adoption Application' button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. To apply to adopt, open the cat's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started. The fastest way to get to the adoptable cat page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-cats/ A United Animal Friends representative will contact you soon after receiving the application form. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Rose came to us with her housemate Stormie (listed separately) from a hoarding situation. She is a very cute and petite short hair calico with a shy demeanor. Although she is 4.5-years-old she looks much younger due to her small body. She will take a little time to warm up because she is on the shy side. She is fine with other cats and would probably do best with another friendly cat. Rose and Stormie are close and it would be nice if they could be adopted together. But it is not a requirement. Rose is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 and for two altered adult cats is $105 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Charlee, who is a 3-year-old, had a rough first year of her life and she really deserves to find a loving, forever home. She is a sweet kitty who wants to be loved but is a bit afraid to take a step in that direction. If approached, she takes a moment to relax then she will take in your love and pets. We believe Charlee will come around nicely in a quiet home with love and support. She has lived with a senior cat in the past. Charlee is a short hair, very classic looking calico. She is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. Story
Minnie, now 2-years-old, is making up for the time she spent as a young Mama. She loves to play, chasing balls and jumping up to grab strings of yarn! Although she's curious, she will interrupt her exploring for a massage and ear scratch. Minnie is always grateful for affection. She's a sweet little cat who is ready for her own loving home. She may be okay with another friendly cat after a slow introduction. Minnie is a brown, short hair torbie (tortoiseshell with tabby pattern). She is current on vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, is spayed and is microchipped.
