Story
Rhoadie was born in Greenville SC in 2020. He thrives in a quiet and calm environment. He has some anxiety and likes a place to comfortably retreat to. His favorite currently is under our bed. With small children and large dogs in our house now he is consistently hiding. Before kids he loved to lounge around on the couch and in windowsills. He has never showed any aggression and will warm up to older children who are calm. He would love to stay with his brother Jarvis. They are named after iron man, Jarvis and James Rhodes

God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding.

God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Good with cats/dogs? Unknown. Good with kids? Unknown, but I think she'd be better in a home with no kids. She is pretty chill most of the time. She took to being inside like she belonged there. She is litterbox trained. She's not very playful yet, but lately she's started playing with some toys on her own or playing with the kittens, though she tends to stop if she sees me watching. She's loves to be petted but is also just as happy to sleep somewhere nearby or lay where she can look out the window. She loves to be petted. However, sometimes she'll get irritated by a hand in her face or if you reach over her and she does not like being bent over or having your face near her. Most of the time she'll leave when she gets irritated, but sometimes she bats or snaps(she has only ever done this to my hands), however she is extremely gentle when she does. She doesn't want to hurt you, she just wants you to stop whatever it is she doesn't like. She loves food. When I first saw her she wouldn't come near me, but she became instantly friendly when I started feeding her. Feeding her anything is probably the best way to earn her approval, but she really likes any kind of meaty snacks. We usually use chicken which is good enough, but her absolute favorite thing is brisket. I honestly think her ideal home is with someone with no kids or other pets and who will be happy with a cat that will just hang out nearby and want to be petted sometimes. I'm pretty sure she had the kittens in a bush on the side of the house and then later moved them to the porch, which is when I discovered them.

Story
Hi… I’m Coconut 🥥 I’ve been waiting for you. My life started in a place where I had to be brave just to survive. I was born outside, where food was never guaranteed and kindness was rare. I learned early to be careful, because the world didn’t always feel safe. Then someone showed me patience. Someone stayed gentle when I was scared. That’s how I learned to trust… and how I learned to love. Now, I want to share that love with you. I’m a cuddler — the kind who loves to sleep right beside you, close enough to feel your warmth and hear your breathing. I don’t like being carried, but I love being near you, choosing closeness in my own quiet way. When I trust you, I stay. When I love you, it’s forever. I’m playful and curious, strong and independent, but my heart is soft. I’ve grown into a confident little soul who knows what safety feels like — and I’m ready to make a home with you. I’m 9 months old, spayed, fully vetted, litter box–trained, and ready for the rest of my life to begin. If you choose me, I promise to be your quiet comfort, your warm companion, and your reminder that love — even when it starts broken — can grow into something beautiful. I’m here. Love, Coconut 🥥💜 Adoptable in Texas Only. $150

Story
If you are looking for an outgoing, friendly, purring machine, look no further! Stacey has such a joyful personality! She loves people and other kitties. What's amazing is that she was found in a tractor engine but she was not feral! Stacey has received all necessary medical care and is ready to find her furever home. Sometimes her foster mom refers to her as the "Cow Kitten" because she has similar markings to a Holstein! Keep in mind that Stacey belongs to that rare breed of cats known as a Pettington. Black and white markings--white nose and chin, sometimes with a bib and socks and in Stacey's case, a half-moustache!
