Story
Nala and her two brothers were found under an abandoned house when they were approximately three weeks old. I have been fostering them since that time. She is about 10 weeks old and super cuddly and playful. The fee I’m charging is for the micro chipping fee that I will have to pay when I get her next round of shots, rabies and get her spayed. One of the kittens has already been adopted and is doing great.

Story
Introducing Mocha. She is a beautiful female smoky mocha short-haired adult cat, born on August 13, 2021. She was adopted about 10 months ago and, through no fault of her own, was sadly returned when her owner developed a mental illness and could no longer provide care. Despite this change, Mocha has shown incredible resilience and remains a confident, happy, and loving cat. Originally surrendered to the county animal shelter, Mocha was rescued by Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue, where she was placed into foster care and received all the medical attention she needed, including being spayed. Today, she is thriving and enjoying her second chance at happily-ever-after at Frisky Cat Café, where she is patiently waiting to meet her forever family. Here’s what Frisky Cat Café has to say about her: “Mocha is undoubtedly one of the most delightful cats at the café. She is exuberant, highly curious, and adapted instantly after being released from her condo space. Affectionate and playful, she enjoys the company of other cats as well.” Mocha would make a wonderful addition to a loving home and is ready to offer companionship, affection, and plenty of personality to her future family. Looking to adopt? We have dozens of cats and kittens ready for adoption! You can meet Mocha and our other adoptable cats at Frisky Cat Café in St. Augustine, located at 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US-1). Visiting the café is a delightful way to spend time with potential feline companions—our cats are social, friendly, and love showing off their unique personalities while interacting with guests. Come meet Mocha—you just might fall in love.

Story
Selesta and Her Six Small Miracles Selesta arrived at the shelter with nothing but hope—and a belly full of babies. She was homeless, pregnant, and desperately in need of help. This beautiful Snowshoe Siamese mother-to-be had no idea her life was about to change forever. Just as rescuers from Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue arrived to take her to safety, Selesta went into labor right there at the shelter. She gave birth to six tiny miracles before being moved to a quiet foster home, where she and her kittens could rest, grow, and thrive in safety and love. Together, Selesta and her six kittens; girls Sequin, Senova and Sesame and boys Seymour, Seville and Seph are a beautiful symbol of resilience, hope, and love. Each one has a distinct personality and charm, but all share the same gentle, trusting nature that makes this family so special. Whether you are drawn to Selesta’s calm grace or her kittens’ joyful energy, they are all ready to bring warmth, laughter, and love into their forever homes. Seville Seville is a male gray and white tuxedo short-haired kitten with soft fur, expressive eyes, and a calm, sweet face. Like his sister Sequin, he is semi-polydactyl, with a few extra toes that make him all the more charming. Seville is gentle, easygoing, and enjoys quiet moments of companionship. He’s playful with his siblings but never rough, and he loves to burrow under blankets or curl up beside his humans. Seville’s steady, affectionate nature makes him an ideal match for someone who values calm, loving company. We have dozens of cats and kittens available! All our adoptable cats are located at the Frisky Cat Cafe in St Augustine. 1092 Ponce De Leon Blvd (US 1). Visiting the cafe is a great way to find your perfect kitty. All of our cats and kittens are socialized and happy to interact with visitors, so you will meet them with their true personalities.

Story
Katarina and Kaya – A Mother-Daughter Miracle Katarina and her babies had a heartbreaking start to life. Katarina was a pregnant stray who was trapped by someone trying to help—but the stress caused her to give birth right there inside the trap. When we got the call, we knew this little family needed a second chance. Katarina Katarina is a young adult female. She is a stunning calico with a heart-shaped patch on her back, truly wears her love on her fur. Sadly, when they arrived, all three kittens were sick and struggling to survive. Despite our best efforts, two of the babies didn’t make it—but brave little Kaya and her devoted mom pulled through together. Katarina is still a bit timid after all she’s been through, but underneath her shyness is a gentle, affectionate girl who wants nothing more than to be loved. Her purr is so loud you can hear it across the room! She adores chin scratches and will happily rub against your legs once she feels safe. She’s even started making friends with other mother cats in the cat cafe and showing more of her sweet personality every day. Katarina would thrive in a calm home—either as your only cat or with one or two gentle feline companions who can help her continue to blossom. Kaya Kaya is her only surviving kitten, is a true fighter. Despite being dangerously ill as a newborn, she never gave up—always nursing, kneading, and purring her way through recovery. She is a short haired female tuxedo. She developed a scar on one eye from a severe infection, but it’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t slow her down one bit. Kaya is a playful, curious, and affectionate kitten who loves chasing toys, pouncing on feather wands, and curling up for cuddles when she’s all tuckered out. She’s the perfect mix of play hard, nap hard! Kaya would love to have another young cat or kitten to play with, and we’d love to see her and her mom Katarina adopted together if possible—they share an unbreakable bond born from survival and love.
