Story
Cow and her sister Chicken or a dynamic duo full of energy and love! While we'd love to see them stick together they can be adopted separately. They were turned over to our care by a utility work crew who found them underneath equipment drenched in oil. They were just a few days old but after a thorough cleanup and around the clock care, they are healthy and strong!

Raff has it all! He's a beautiful boy with his handsome gray striped coat, he LOVES people, highly enjoys playing with toys, and will gladly help with household chores like sleeping in your laundry basket to keep those socks from sneaking away. He's even done great with our other shelter cats! Raff has already been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations so this sweet boy is ready to go home! When Raff was younger, he had some trouble with UTI's so he's needing a home that can keep him on his current dry cat food. Adoption Fee: $45.00

Story
Blackie is an almost 11 year old sweetheart whose owner passed away and now is looking for another loving home. He is litter boxed trained and wants nothing more than food and a good head scratch. He`s shy at first, but once he warms up to you he`s a big cuddle bug. He does good with other cats, but tends to stick to himself. Although he loves playing with toys he`d much rather purfer you petting him, he will give you the sweetest little meows if you stop petting him as well. Blackie is FIV positive so he needs to be indoor only, and the only cat or with other FIV positive cats. He`s been patiently waiting for his furever home for over a year and would love a loving home with a bed or couch to live out his days. Blackie`s adoption fee is $50 which includes his neuter, up to date on shots, deworming, flea treatment, nail trim, and a microchip.

Story
Kaylee is a 2.5 year old domestic short haired shy young lady. She was brought in with her two daughters (Saffron & Inara). They were strays found in the city of Garnett and were never claimed. Both daughters have been adopted and now Kaylee is patiently waiting to be next. She is litterbox trained and keeps her living area very tidy. She loves meeting new people and animals, but can be very shy at first. She loves any treats we give her, but temptations are by far her favorite. She loves the window hammock we have because she can see the birds outside in the mornings and its a great spot for naps. She loves belly rubs and will play bite you if you`re not also petting her head at the same time. We think that she would do best in a calmer environment since she can spook easily. Kaylee`s adoption fee is $50 which includes her spay, up to date on shots, deworming, flea treatment, nail trim, and a microchip.

Story
Schrader is a four month old domestic short haired curious little man. He was found as a stray in Iola, when he came in he acted feral and was hard to handle without getting bit. He still has a ways to go and still won`t let people touch him that he doesn`t know. He loves scratches under the chin and behind the ears and loves being up high so he can see everything. He loves lick able treats (and regular as well) and when he runs he`s like a bullet. He is litter boxed trained and gets along great with other cats. He enjoys being pet and has the softest purr that just warms your heart and makes you feel accepted by him. He goes into a playroom with other kittens and they`re teaching him how to be a kitten again and that not all people are bad. We`re confident that with a little more time and spoiling he`ll be a lap warmer in no time. Schrader`s adoption fee is $75 which includes his neuter, up to date on all shots, deworming, flea treatment, nail trim, and a microchip.

Story
Rochelle was a stray brought in off our waiting list with three mommas (Emersyn, Jaikara, and Agatha) and seven other siblings. We created a room special just for them that was quiet and away from the others in hopes to keep them stress free. They have been weaned from there mommas and we are learning what their pursonalities are without their mothers. Rochelle was shy at first, but now has blossomed like a beautiful wildflower. Like most kittens she`s good with other cats, kids of all ages, and dogs. Some of her favorite things are cuddling, chasing her friends or laser pointers, soft food, treats, but most of all she craves attention. Before you even pick her up you can normally hear her loud purrs and you can tell she missed us overnight because she`s right at the door when we get here in the morning to run out and greet us. Rochelle`s adoption fee is $50 which includes her spay, up to date on all shots, deworming, flea treatment, nail trim, and a microchip.

Story
Corinne is a shorthair calico. She can be shy at first and may take a little time getting used to you, but she is overall a sweetheart. Her and her sister (Calloway) were strays off our waiting list and she is definitely the more reserved of the two. She seems to enjoy alone time, but we think with time she`ll open up more. She loves napping and is often found snuggled up in the dark hiding from her roommates. She loves all toys especially ones that make noise and is litterbox trained. If you really want to be her best friend temptations are her favorite and she loves chicken. When you do hear her purr it`s so quiet and soft you almost can`t hear it, she also loves head pats. Corinne`s adoption fee is $75 which includes her spay, up to date on all shots, deworming, flea treatment, nail trim, and a microchip.
