HISTORY: PHIL, ARLO, and JONI were transferred from another shelter after being TNR'd at just 2 months old. TEMPERAMENT: PHIL is a dark orange tabby, while ARLO and JONI are brown tabby twins. These friendly kittens spent several months in quarantine, battling GI issues.
