Hi, I’m Lucy! I’m about 11 or 12 years (we aren’t sure) I recently lost my human parents and have had to go live with my mom’s sister. Her cat and I do not get along and living here isn’t working out and now we are all stressed out. It was important to my mom that I be taken care and although they try I think I would be happier if I could be somewhere where I am the only cat. I have diabetes, so I require a couple shots a day, but I take them well and do not complain too much. We have almost gotten it under control, but sometimes I steal treats from the other cat or get into her food. I like to sleep and am not very loud. Affectionate and still likes to play, likes catnip.

I am moving to a foreign country and think it would be more traumatic to move the cats than to rehome them. Simon(mostly white) is super friendly and unafraid of all people. He is ignorant to the dangers of the outdoor life and therefore not okay outside with out being accompanied. He would probably be okay with dogs and kids. Jester is friendly after introduction, super sweet and likes attention. Is bashful and shy, afraid at first but very affectionate after. I do not know if he would be okay with kids or dogs. Both cats are 11 years old, with no health problems. Most of their teeth have been removed. And they have annual cleanings. They have claws, I have never lost any furniture to clawing. They have been together since kittens, preferably would like them to go as a pair.

This is Onyx. I got her and her brother Oakley when they were just a few months old. They’re very bonded as they have never been apart. She is 5 turning 6 in October. This is Oakley. I've had him and his sister Onyx since they were only a few months old so they are very bonded and it would be best if they could stay together. Oakley is such a sweetie and loves attention! He'll greet you as soon as you walk in the door and will show you how much he missed you. He doesn't do well with dogs or other cats, just his sister. Give him some time to warm up to you and he will be your bestfriend. If I could keep him and Onyx I would but I am moving and can't bring them to where I am going, and I can't give them the attention they need and deserve. The most loving cats you'll ever meet!

Asher is 4 years old. He is a very fun loving kitty. He loves all kinds of toys though his favorites are cat nip ones and feathered ones. He isn’t super vocal but he loves attention and to get yours he has a cute little head butt he will do to your leg, chest, or face. I sadly am working 50-60 hour weeks and don’t have much time for him. He doesn’t really get along with dogs but some cats he is okay with. Preferably male cats. I’d like for him to go to a home where he’s either the only kitty or maybe he can have a brother. I hope to find him someone who can give him lots of attention. This pretty McTabby girl originally arrived in May 2021 with 8 newborn kittens and wanted nothing to do with us loud humans. Now she seeks out loves and is so eager to play with toys, especially the wand toy! All she is waiting for is a forever home! Nadya will need a home that is willing to allow her space and time to become comfortable at her own pace. She will likely hide at first, as she did at the beginning of her stay in her foster home, but after about a week she started making short appearances in the presence of her human staff. Now several weeks into her stay, Nadya is interacting with her foster mom via wand toy play time, snuggling her feet and rolling around on a favorite blanket! Next up is lap time! Lorraine is bonding with her foster mom!!! This is Lorraine. Lorraine has been at the shelter since May of 2021. That's right....she's been with us close to two years. Lorraine is another of our painfully shy kitties. Although she's made herself reasonably comfortable during her stay here, she never ventures outside of her kennel and is pretty content to just stay in where she feels she is safe. She's not growly or hissy....just prefers to stay inside of her own four walls. That's not a great life for a cat..... Will you foster Lorraine and teach her about the world and about humans? She needs someone to invite her into their home where she will simply "reside" while she gathers her wits about her and hopefully starts to explore. She will quite likely hide for awhile after she is first placed in a foster home, but if history repeats itself she will gradually gain confidence and become the kitty she's meant to be. I got this cat when she was just a little kitten and i got her for my son. she is now about three years old and my son and i love her so much but she is becoming increasingly aggressive towards our other younger cats. She is very calm and quiet. she loves any toys that have feathers on then and loves to look out the window and watch birds and squirrels. She likes to just lay around and is very chill but will go crazy for a laser pointer or a feather toy on a stick. she also likes being brushes. she does not scratch up furniture or jump on anything or knock stuff over. she loves to sleep in bed with you or sit on the couch and watch tv. she really is a very good girl and would be amazing for someone that doesn't have any other animals except maybe a fish tank as she loves sitting and watching my fish but no other animals. i think she would be great in a home with a single person or couple that wants a cat that isnt going to destroy the house or be high maintenance.
