Story
Louisa survived the Almeda fire, which destroyed over 2500 homes in our valley. I tried to find her owner by contacting local shelters and posting her photo on social media networks that catered to rescued cats. No one had any leads or information. She’s very sweet and loving, loves to play, and hunt. Naturally curious, she is sociable with people, children, and other cats. My boyfriend moved in with a cat who is a dominant alpha and kind of a bully. We’ve given this cat Jackson Galaxy tinctures, but she views Louisa as an intruder (ironically, even though Louisa was here first). Louisa is sensitive and when anxious, pulls her hair out. The vet and I have ruled out all other causes (diet, fleas) and have resorted to kitty prozac until I can get her out of this environment.

Story
Quinn is amazing and so sweet. I said no for doing well with other cats because she is a scaredy cat. Due to life events I'm looking to rehome her where she will be happier and get more attention that I'm able to provide. I have 5 indoor only cats and she gets picked on so much that I installed a door in my hallway to keep her separated from the others. It truly breaks my heart to even try and rehome her, but I know it's unfair to try and keep her.

Story
Hello! My name is Doja and I am a sweet young almost 2 year old cat. I am looking for a new quiet furever home. I like long cuddle sessions on the couch, to perch up on your shoulder and purr in your ear while you prepare my meals, and sitting high up in my cat tree so I can gaze down upon all of my loving and adoring humans. I prefer adults only and am not a huge fan of the canine variety. Do I sound like a purrfect fit for your family? Apply today!

Story
Adam (black cat) was trapped at an abandoned apartment complex here in Southern Oregon. He was semi feral but has made a LOT of progress in the 2 years he was in foster care, and now seeks out attention. He can be shy until he gets to know you. But once he's comfortable he'll flop onto his back and ask for belly rubs. Sega is 1.5 years old and can be shy but is still friendly and playful! She is bonded with Adam, and we would love to see them adopted together. We think they'll do amazing in a home, with the right people who'll be patient with them. Put in an application for these two wonderful kitties today! https://sanctuaryone.org/rescue-animals/adopt-us/adoption-application/

Meet Marzipan, our 3-year-old black and brown tabby with captivating green eyes! Marzipan has a unique backstory, as she was sadly abandoned outside the premises of C.A.T.S in Medford. Now at Sanctuary One, she is looking for a loving forever home where she can be the center of attention. She is quick to greet people with her vocal expressions and has a special fondness for laps. This pretty kitty is FIV+ so she will need to be an indoor cat only. This beautiful boy is Herald! Herald is still getting accustomed to being here at Sanctuary One, he likes to hang out in his cubby and watch the other kitties play. Herald was rescued by C.A.T.S. after a good Samaritan took him because he had been under her porch for about a month. His rescuer mentioned that Herald had been around other cats and dogs. Herald is FIV+ so he will need to be the only cat or live with other FIV+ cats. He will need to be an indoor cat only.
