Story
*reduced fee due to length of time she has been with the rescue* Mirabel is super sweet and loving on her terms. So your typical calico! Mirabel wants attention and to be pet but does not like to be smothered. She loves to play with toys and bat them around the room. She has always done great with kittens and has learned to tolerate other adult cats in the house. It just takes her time to adjust. She also does well with low energy dogs that would not want to pester her. Good with older children familiar with proper cat handling. Not a cat for younger children since she does not always want attention and to be pet. She loves to bring you socks while you are sleeping!  ##1458441##

Story
Latinum (Latty) is an incredibly cuddly and affectionate cat, ready to snuggle up with you and offer warmth and comfort. This talkative kitty loves to engage in conversations with her meows and “biscuit-making”.  Latty is very friendly if you give her time to warm up. She gets along with other cats and small dogs, too! Give her the loving forever home she deserves, and you'll have a lifelong cuddle buddy who brightens your days. ##1543998##

Very sweet and loves everyone and everything. Loves to receive pets and get attention, but doesn’t require constant attention either. Doesn’t enjoy wet food, but eats dry food with no problems. Can be shy at first (hides) but once she warms up she loves her human attention.

Story
Location: Pelion, SC (current foster home) or West Columbia, SC Name: Raven Age: 12 to 13 years but doesn’t act her age (acts younger) Breed: DSH Solid Black M/F: F Spayed/Neutered/Shots: UTD on rabies & fvrcp, spayed Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: all of the above! Aggression or medical issues?: none that we are aware of Reason for rehoming?: from a hoarding situation Additional info/story (personality): Very friendly, sweet, and loves attention. Came from a really bad situation and amazingly warmed up to her new wonderful life extremely fast. Now she just needs her forever home to spend it the rest of her years with. She is definitely a kitty I expect to live to be another 5-10 years at least as she just doesn’t look or act her age in the slightest. *gross cage pic is from her original situation and solely included for you to see her features better since my camera quality is better than the foster’s camera* Message/comment if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Adoption application & contract required

Story
Location: West Columbia, SC Name: Blake Age: 1 year (DOB: 12/27/22) Breed: DSH - 15 lbs M/F: M Spayed/Neutered/Shots: UTD on rabies & fvrcp; neutered Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: all of the above but normally isn’t a fan of being carrier around Reason for rehoming?: mom was rescued and gave birth a couple days later to this guy and his brother; they were adopted and returned due to no fault of their own Additional info/story (personality): Very sweet once adjusted but shy at first! They were raised inside from birth but adopted their mom’s personality who simply is just more introverted. He is fine with getting pets and scritches and he likes playing with toys and other cats, just not the biggest fan of being held, and takes a bit to come out of his shell. Message/email if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Story
Location: West Columbia, SC Name: Zeus Age: 1 year Breed: DSH M/F: M Spayed/Neutered/Shots: yes - UTD on vaccines & neutered Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: all of the above but likes to do his own thing (will tolerate being carried but definitely doesn’t enjoy it) Aggression or medical issues?: none except his eye will water if he gets stressed out (clear fluid – returns to normal within a day after stressor is removed which in his case has always been car rides / big transitions) Reason for rehoming?: friend found him abandoned outside their apartments. Owners had moved out, left all cat supplies at the trash, and left him outside.Additional info/story (personality): Probably the oddest orange cat you will ever meet in the sense that he does not act like a typical orange cat at all. He is very laid back and makes the oddest expressions. He talks minimally. He will act like he wants nothing to do with you and then you will wake up from a nap or be half asleep and he will crawl up next to you and go to sleep himself. Definitely still a special one though. Message/comment if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Location: West Columbia, SC Name: Stripes Age: freshly 1 year (DOB ~11/30/22) Breed: DSH - 6.3 lbs M/F: F Spayed/Neutered/Shots: UTD on rabies and FVRCP, spayed (side note that her tattoo from spay mostly rejected but I have papers) Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: all of the above Aggression or medical issues?: no known aggression - showing beginning signs of dental disease meaning she will need teeth pulled at a younger age since she has bad teeth genetics (doesn’t mean she will need a wet food diet as everyone I have had like this still eats wet food with no issues) Reason for rehoming?: rescued from an outdoor colony and was too pregnant to be safely spayed (gave birth 4 days after capture) - also kittens are already adopted so please do not inquire Additional info/story (personality): Very sweet and friendly and fine with being held. Has no problem with other animals or anyone or anything. Is fine being indoors. Definitely loving mama cat instincts towards all the ones she has met here. Message/comment if interested. Good with cats, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Velcro is an extremely sweet cat who has never met a stranger in his life. His favorite pastimes are watching Cat TV, snuggling with his human, and playing fetch with his catnip mice. He has a lot of energy for his age (somewhere between 5-8 years old) and loves constant affection. He was acquired from an adoption shelter in June 2023 in New York after a year’s stay. His original origins are unknown, but he was found as a stray in a hoarding house. Although Velcro is an easy-going cat, he does have feline herpes virus, which complicates things. He does have to be given I-lysine and gabapentin daily to stop his flare ups. Although Velcro is a great beginner cat temper wise, his diagnosis is not beginner friendly. Extensive research on the disease should be done before consideration. I wasn't aware of Velcro’s condition before adopting him, and my lifestyle of being a travel nurse does not allow him to thrive with his diagnosis. Looking for a stable loving home for him.
