1 year old female  11 pounds  Canela was rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico and is still learning that everything isn’t scary. She jumps at new things and sometimes things she’s seen before.  She takes a little bit to get used to new situations, but is getting better all the time. Once she gets comfortable with someone, she would like to be next to them as much as possible. She cuddles up to women faster than men, but it does happen within a couple of days.  Canela really needs another young and confident dog in her forever home to show her how good life can be. She loves to play and we want to be sure she has a playmate.
