Story
Meet Reyzin!
Breed: Miniature Poodle
Rescue: Albert's Dog Lounge
Age: Adult
Weight: 15 pounds
Fun Fact: Reyzin is made of velcro, so he sticks to you any time your lap is available
Foster Home: Delavan, WI
Activity Level: Low/ Moderate
Friendly with: Dogs, cats, and older, respectful children
Reyzin is ready for the life he always deserved. He is officially done with his former job as a puppy mill breeder.
No more cages. No more being used.
From here on out, it’s soft beds, full bellies, and people who think the sun rises and sets with him.
Reyzin is what we lovingly call a very good boy. He’s gentle, kind, and full of quiet joy. The kind of dog who watches the world with curious eyes and a hopeful heart. His foster mom calls him her “atta boy” because Reyzin tries so hard — and succeeds — at being everything wonderful.
He’d love a home with another gentle dog his size to keep him company, and humans (one or many!) who are committed to couch snuggles and bedtime cuddles. In the right calm home, Reyzin could also shine as an only dog, soaking up all the love for himself.
A secure fenced yard would be ideal so Reyzin can safely explore the world he’s still discovering. He’s working on his potty skills and is making great progress every day, and we know he will master the outside potty routine soon (maybe after the sub-zero wind chill days?). He’s also happy to share his home with cats, because Reyzin is just that kind of gentleman.
Reyzin didn’t get the start in life he deserved — but his future can be everything he dreamed of. YOU can give that to him.
If you’re ready to give a mill survivor the happy ending he’s waited five years for, Reyzin is ready to meet you.
