If you've been following our page for a while, chances are you've watched Frostine's journey unfold. She came to us alongside Glacier and Crystal after living a life of neglect, but today, that's only one chapter of her story. Frostine has blossomed into an incredibly fun, happy dog who is more than ready to start her next adventure.She's everything we love about German Shepherds. Smart, observant, playful, loyal, and just the right amount of goofy.Frostine is famous around here for her obsession with water. Give her a kiddie pool and she'll provide the entertainment for hours. She launches herself in headfirst, splashes with her paws, digs out every toy she can find, throws them back in so she can rescue them again, and happily bounces around like it's the greatest game ever invented. If it's hot outside, you'll probably find Frostine soaking in her pool, living her best life.She absolutely loves other dogs and lights up when she has a playful canine friend to romp around with. Because of her love of running, playing, and exploring, a securely fenced yard is highly recommended so she has the space to burn off energy and enjoy all her favorite games safely.One of our favorite things about Frostine is how much she's embraced life. Whether she's joining us at the Farmer's Market, meeting new people, or hanging out around the shelter, she's calm, well-mannered, and enjoys the attention from everyone who stops by to say hello. She has the confidence to take new experiences in stride while still having that classic German Shepherd awareness of everything happening around her.She has made us laugh more times than we can count with her silly antics, and she's become one of those dogs that makes every day at the shelter a little brighter.Now all she's missing is a family to share that joy with.If you're looking for an intelligent companion who can keep you smiling, enjoys other dogs, loves outdoor adventures, and won't say no to a kiddie pool in the summer, Frostine just might be your perfect match.She's waited long enough.
