Story
Meet Sara — Your New Best Friend in a Perfectly Trained, 45-Pound Package of Love At just 20 months old, Miss Sara is already proving to be the kind of once-in-a-lifetime dog everyone hopes for—smart, affectionate, eager to please, and now… beautifully trained. Originally adopted as a puppy, Sara was very loved—but when her owner sadly fell ill and could no longer care for her, everything changed. She returned to us with a heart full of love, but without the manners every young pup needs. We knew this girl had potential, so off she went to a professional 3-week training program… and wow, is she showing off. &#226&#156&#133 Training? She’s nailing it. &#226&#156&#133 People? She adores them. &#226&#156&#133 Dogs? Instant besties. &#226&#156&#133 Kids? She belly-crawls just to be close to them—it’s beyond precious. We believe she’s a Dutch Shepherd mix, weighing in at about 45 pounds, with a gorgeous, sleek coat and a heart that beats for human connection. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines—and yes, ready to go! Now, she’s just looking for a home that can match her devotion with love and guidance. Toys are her jam, and she’ll happily entertain herself or join you for a game of fetch. No kitties for this girl, please! Chasing them is just too much fun, and she needs a cat-free home to thrive. Sara is the kind of dog who makes you feel like the most important person in the world. Her loyalty is unmatched, her spirit is bright, and her readiness for her forever home couldn’t be clearer. Interested in giving this beautiful girl her happily-ever-after? Email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com today. Let Sara show you what love, intelligence, and a second chance can really look like. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.June 11, 2025, 9:36 pm

She is dog and people friendly, but has not been tested with children or cats. Rory easily crates with treat motivation. She has learned to sit, lay down and stay. Rory is housebroken for the most part, with a routine. After feeding, she goes outside for her bathroom break. Rory sleeps through the night and is consistently quiet. Rory is a good dog that would do well with an active family. She is very smart, quick to learn and eager to please.

Story
Holly is wondering where her forever family is. She's a sweet puppy going on around 5 months old. We think that Holly is a Dutch Shepherd mix or maybe a Cattle dog mix. Holly would love an active family with a fenced in backyard that would give her the appropriate amount of exercise and training. She's not terribly hyper, but puppies need exercise. And just look at those ears! Currently Holly weighs 25lbs and is just the cutest girl ever! If you think Holly might be a good fit for your family, then please fill out the adoption application on our website https://www.pawsitiveimpactncdogrescue.org/adopt ##1883952##

Story
i have fostered the role for temporary caretaker of this very sweet boy recently from a babysitting job. started my travel veterinary career shortly after so i don’t spend as much time with him as i want, and feel he deserves a better life with someone who can give him his undivided attention. he’s 3 years old, medium sized boy and he’s literally the best dog ever! he’s good with kids, dogs, and cats and loves to go for walks/hikes and dog daycares. i am strongly against surrendering him to a shelter since he probably will panic and risk euthanasia there and i wont feel good doing so AT ALL. i want him to go with a nice family who’s caring and possibly has another dog/cat or kids to make him feel even more welcome! since i do want him to be in a good home the dog bed, toys, leashes/collars and food chess will all be included.
