Hiya Friends! My name is Sage and I'm a gorgeous 7-8 month old female Dutch Shepherd mix. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

1. I was brought into a home as a little bitty puppy and slowly over time, my so-called owner starved me and kept me crated 24/7. Thankfully an angel stepped in and brought me to the best rescue!
2. Since being on the IDGSR farm, I've been gaining weight, getting healthy, eating lots of yummy food, taking supplements to help me thrive. Let me tell you, I'm feeling so much better!!
3. I am a happy-go-lucky puppy despite being treated so horribly in my first few months of life. I love to roll in the grass, play with balls, chase the other rescue dogs, and get lots of head/tummy rubs.
4. I'm doing well with house training but please be patient with me as I'm just a baby. I do need full obedience training but I'm highly food motivated so it should be a breeze.
5. I'd love a loving and active home. I want people who will love me, take me on walks, get pup-cups, go on a hike or two, and let me snuggle on the couch.

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
