Meet Tigger — part athlete, part bodyguard, part goofball. Tigger is a nearly 5-year-old, 110-lb Dutch Shepherd looking for a new home only because we’re moving to Portugal and he’s too big to fly. Tigger is high-energy, outdoorsy, and stupid loyal to his people. He loves to stay active and takes his role as “family protector” very seriously. Leash skills are a work in progress (think enthusiastic freight train), but his heart is always in the right place. He’s famously brave — he’s treed a bear and has valiantly battled chainsaws and weed-whackers to protect his humans. Underneath the tough guy act is a fun, expressive dog who bonds deeply with his people. Tigger does well with larger dogs, but no small dogs please (our corgi would agree).
