Hello! I'm Big Boy! I am a 4 year old German Shepard/Great Pyrenees Mix! I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Protective, Curious, Energetic Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I live up to my name, I am a very large man. I like getting pets and giving love. I am a big, sweet man who likes being outside and hanging out with my mom, Star. I like meeting new dogs and people and being very outgoing in general! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 7/10 Housetraining Status: I am housetrained, however there may be a couple of accidents in the first couple of days I am in my forever home as I learn our routine together! I should do well in a home: I would do well with kids of any age given proper supervision. I would do well with cats as I love playing with them. I should do well in a home with other dogs with proper introductions and time to adjust. My favorite activities are: Hugging my favorite people and getting pets. I am impartial to toys but I still enjoy a cuddle session! Things I need work on are: Basic commands and Leash Training. Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: "He was very friendly and he met a lot of new people. He did very well in the car and in public. Only thing is that he’s like to pull on the leash, other than that it was a great day!!!!" Hello, I'm Leo! I am a 4 year old German Shepard (And believed Belgian Malinois) mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Athletic, Curious, Smart Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I am an athletic man that understands boundaries and personal scape, usually. I do get distracted easily but I will always come back to you. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 8/10 Housetraining Status: While at the shelter I have had a few accidents but with proper time and training I should be housetrained in no time! I should do well in a home: I would do well with other dogs with proper introductions. I would do well with cats in my forever home. I should be good with kids of any age given proper supervision. My favorite activities are: Playing with hard toys! I love to run, walk, and play fetch. Things I need work on are: Housetraining, basic commands, and leash walking Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: "Leo did fantastic! He had so much energy and loved interacting with people. He sat in my lap in the car and was a big cuddler. We went out for a run, and he pulled on the leash for the start, but he got better as we went! He could do some tricks, and he sat so nice whenever we had treats. Leo is such a sweet handsome boy!"
