Story
We have had Meeko for over 7 years. He is 7 and a half. We have loved him but he has not always been an easy dog. He is very strong willed and has an ear splitting bark. We never wanted to be the family that gave up their dog when they started having kids but we feel it has come to that. He became so much more anxious and grumpy once we had kids 4 years ago. We have a 4 year old who absolutely adores Meeko but just the other week he bit him for the first time and has now nipped at him a couple times since. So I always told myself if he ever bites, we would need to put our children first and find him a new home. We care about him so we want it to be the right fit. He would do best with a family with no kids. And probably best with no dogs or dogs that are low energy. I feel he would be happier and do so much better with a family who can put all their attention on him. He is a cute little guy and can be very sweet when he is not so stressed out.
