Story
Meet Estrella! This 1-year-old Labrador Retriever-Terrier blend weighs 28 lbs. Estrella is as cute as a button and is looking for an active and fun-loving family! General Behavior: Estrella is a very sweet girl who loves her family with all of her heart! She can be wary of strangers but warms up quickly, especially when given rewards like fun toys or yummy treats. Estrella is a fairly quiet gal and can often be found snoozing by your feet or in your lap. Likes & Dislikes: Darling Estrella loves pets and belly rubs! Anything that gets her close to her human. She enjoys going for walks and does a little happy dance when she sees her leash. Training: This playful gal has good manners and has picked up quickly on basic commands like sit, lay down, and go potty. She is still working on her housetraining and being a little more polite on her walks. She gets quite rowdy when seeing new people and other dogs when out and about so her social skills are a work in progress. Medical: Estrella is a healthy pooch and just requires her monthly heartworm and flea preventative. Other Animals: Estrella prefers her humans to canine companions, so a home without other dogs would be ideal. A home with another dog that has developed social skills would be ok too. She has not been introduced to any cats. Children: Estrella interacts well with children of all ages and gives herself a break from them when needed. A home with kiddos would be just fine! Home: A single-family home or dog-friendly apartment living would be perfect for adorable Estrella. She will require an active family that can keep up with her young puppy energy, as well as continue to socialize her. Grooming: As a short-haired pup, Estrella will not require frequent trips to the groomer. She will need regular baths and nail trims, like any other dog. Overall: Estrella is a pro belly rub recipient who is sure to steal your heart! She is ready to find the perfect family who is always up for a game of fetch. Are you the one for Estrella? Visit our website www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org where you will find the application to adopt. You’ll be put in contact with her foster family for more information if it’s a potential match. She is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, spayed, and heartworm negative. Her adoption donation is $400 ##2006000##

He is very happy and bouncy and eager to meet other dogs - he would do best with a tolerant, playful other dog and slow introductions. He has never been introduced to cats. He is a great family dog that would do best with an active family and a nice yard.  He is neutered, current on vaccines. Adoption fee $150 ##1989391##
