Paulie is a sweet, easygoing pup with a calm and relaxed personality. He enjoys the simple things in life and is happiest when he’s spending time with his people. While he has a laid-back nature, Paulie also has a playful side that comes out when he’s feeling comfortable and having fun. One of Paulie’s biggest strengths is that he’s very food motivated, which can be a great help in training. He shows no signs of food aggression and responds well to gentle direction. Paulie may need a little extra time, patience, and consistency as he continues learning, but with encouragement and positive reinforcement, he has all the makings of a wonderful companion. If you’re looking for a loving pup with a calm demeanor and a playful spark, Paulie may be the perfect addition to your family. Adoption fee is $425 plus MN tax which covers his neuter, vaccinations appropriate at the time of adoption, microchip and any additional medical care he may have needed while in the rescue’s care. We are a foster based rescue, we do not house dogs at a facility. Age and breed are NLR's best guess as we often don't know who or what mom and dad are. Meet Tigress, a 1½-year-old, 52-lb German Shepherd/Lab mix with a gorgeous brindle coat, enough enthusiasm for three dogs, and absolutely zero understanding of the phrase “personal space.” Tigress is a professional best friend. She loves adults, kids, cats, and other dogs of all shapes and sizes. In fact, she would LOVE a home with another playful dog because apparently human companionship is great, but having a full-time wrestling partner is even better. She’s also got some serious extracurriculars: - 🎾 Plays fetch and actually brings the ball back - 🌊 Loves swimming and retrieving toys from the water - 🏡 Potty trained - 🐾 Kennel trained - 💋 Gives approximately 847 kisses per greeting - 🧸 Loves having toys around and does a great job entertaining herself - ❤️ Basically believes everyone she meets is her new best friend Tigress would thrive with an active family, some room to run, and ideally another dog who appreciates a good game of chase. Now, Tigress does have one tiny résumé blemish: she and chickens have irreconcilable differences. 🐔😬 Squirrels, deer, and turkeys are also VERY exciting, so she’ll need a home that can safely manage her enthusiasm for woodland creatures. Otherwise, she’s a happy, affectionate, goofy girl who wants to play hard, love harder, and preferably spend summer afternoons launching herself into a lake after a toy. If your house could use 52 pounds of brindle chaos, wet-dog lake days, fetch marathons, unsolicited kisses, and a built-in best friend, Tigress is ready to meet you. 💛🐾

Harmie is a playful, energetic pup with a joyful spirit and lots of love to give. She takes her time at mealtime and is non-food aggressive, showing a gentle and easygoing nature. Harmie is currently learning to sit, and with continued practice, she’ll keep building on her training nicely. She already has excellent recall and comes promptly when called, which is a wonderful foundation for continued learning. Like many young puppies, potty training is still a work in progress, so she’ll do best with a patient adopter who can help her stay consistent and confident. Harmie would make a fun and loving companion for someone ready for puppy play, training, and cuddles.
