Story
Lucy, who will be three years old in May, 2024, is a happy, active, enthusiastic dog. She is slender and athletic, and full of energy, which is the main reason we need to find a new home for her. My husband and I are older and just cannot provide the activity, exercise and stimulation she craves. She loves people and is very loyal. She will adjust well to a new family, likes children and other animals. Although not a purebred Labrador, she looks every bit the part of a 55 pound Black Lab. Ironically, she does not have the "fetch" instinct that most retrievers have, but loves to play outdoors. We will be happy to share Lucy's meds and food, and some bedding, with a new family who can love her.

Story
We adopted Ozzy as a 3 month old puppy from ARFFMO in May 2019. He was one of a large litter of puppies rescued from a poor living situation. He was born January 27th 2019. One of his brothers had a dna test which showed bulldog/boxer/dalmation. Ozzy looks more like a long haired Labrador He is a big couch potato, a huge snuggler, he has been great with our son,he is a great family dog, but he needs to be the only dog in a household. When ozzy was about 1.5 years old he was attacked by another dog and since then he has been very dog reactive. We have taken ozzy through several behavioral trainings to help manage this and it has been helpful. However, if our current dog makes a high pitched growl ozzy can be very reactive and although rare, a fight can break out between them. We have come to the decision to rehome Ozzy. The perfect family would be one with a fenced in back yard and one without other dogs. Ozzy is up to date on shots and could be perfect for the right family.
