Story
Miss Frizzle is a sweet but shy girl. She's looking for a family that will show her all the wonderful things about life. With a little TLC, she'll be your new friend. She's ready for adventure! Her foster says "Miss Frizzle is an active and playful girl who loves fetch and to play with other dogs. She is a very sweet girl who is shy at first but once she comes out of her shell all she wants is to be your best friend to cuddle with and get belly rubs. Volunteers say "At first she was very shy and didn't want to come out of her kennel. But once we got outside and walking she was a different dog. She was so happy, sweet, and grateful. She has excellent leash walking skills and did not pull at all. She just wants hugs and love." "Miss Frizzle was a joy to walk! She didn't pull on the leash, which was so nice. Our walk was eventful with construction equipment, trucks on the trail, people on bikes, and other dogs... she was a little timid but handled it all like a champ. She never barked. She did sit on command and took treats very gently!" "Miss Frizzle was great! I think she has impeccable leash skills, did not pull at all. She perked up her ears when she saw squirrels but did not try to get them. We did not encounter any other people or animals on our walk today." "We went on a walk and visited friends. We attempted to get a pup cup but she wasn't a huge fan! She is super sweet & likes to be active. She seems like she would be good with kids because she is docile."

She does great on car rides, walks well on the leash with no pulling, and takes her treats gently! She's such a calm and quiet girl and loves to just curl up on the couch or somewhere close to where you are."

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Roscoe was adopted when he was a baby but his family didn’t work out for him. No time to show him things he needs to know and grew up as puppies do. Great boy with a sweet disposition, maybe a little big for toddlers, he’s a big baby himself. He loves to fetch and just play in general. Would do great with older children or teens who want a playmate outside. Inside, he likes to snuggle. Would like a playmate but could be an only pet with someone who can spend some time with him. Lots of walks and time with his human would be Roscoe’s dream home.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 25, 2024, 11:30 pm

Story
Angel is a lab mix. We took her in to be helpful and with the intention of it being temporary but ended up being more permanent. She is a gentle giant ~ I believe 55 lbs. She sleeps with us but also kennels when we leave her unattended and the weather is not ideal. She gets along well with our other pets and our son. However, taking in 2 dogs puts us at 3, plus a cat. Again, it was intended to be temporary but the circumstances changed so ended up being permanent. We love Angel but our son is constantly dealing with allergies and so we are looking for a family that will love her, care for her and give her a home she can feel safe and genuinely loved. If you have a home with a lot of chaos or yelling, don’t have a yard for her to have her own free time to run & play in or do not have a patient, forever home attitude, you are not a good fit for Angel because she deserves to feel part of the family and not to be abused or neglected.
