Story
Truffle is a smart, athletic Lab with a helicopter tail and a love of fetch, tug, and working for her people. She competed in 2 informal disc dog competitions and did some GRC training with Misfit Disc Dogs in Indiana before we moved to Texas. Extremely toy-driven and play-motivated. Great with other dogs and would thrive with a confident canine companion. Good with toddlers. Crate trained (comfortable and relaxed in her crate), house trained, e-collar trained. Truffle warms up quickly to confident, dog-savvy people, often within minutes. She can be reactive when unsure around unfamiliar adults. A yard and another confident dog would help her thrive. Environmental allergies (~$70/mo medication). Rehoming due to owner health. Full vet records available. Trupanion insurance transferable.

Story
Pam was brought to our rescue as a stray that was dumped in the woods and found by a Good Samaritan along with another female dog that looks very similar to her. She is an adorable, petit dog that loves people!! She is energetic, fun, super playful, and adores people of all ages, including children. She has a very funny habit of letting you know when it's time to eat by taking her food bowl and playing with it like a toy! Pam would do well in any type of home, whether it be active or relaxed, she would adapt to her environment well. She is very food motivated and is extremely eager to please. Pam is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative so she's ready to find her loving forever home! Please contact our rescue if you are interested in adopting or fostering. We will schedule a day/time for you to meet our adoptable animals first. If you decide to adopt or foster, we will provide an application to be approved. Once approved, an adoption or foster contract is signed. If you are fostering, you will be provided with all necessary items for the pet (food, bowls, crate, collar, leash, etc.). If adopting, we require an adoption fee that covers a portion of the cost of veterinary care. This is fully refundable for the life of the pet should the adoption fall through at any point. We will always take our pets back regardless of the situation.
