Story
This is molly! She is s a very sweet dog that is very good with our kids and is very well tempered. She iss pretty well trained, she won't run away, can sit, shake, lay, and stay. She loves daily walks and the occasional tug of war match with one of her rope toys. We were told that she is allergies but we don't know exactly to what (one of them we were told was fish). She has been very good to us but we have to try to rehome her due to some of my family members having allergies. We wanted to go to a good home where she can get enough attention, and she is good with other dogs so might be a good addition if you already have a dog. We have a kennel for her some toys, and some medication to help with her allergies that we can pass along. She also comes with a full bag of dog food and any other amenities you need for her. Please reach out!

Story
Sabrina’s Story:  Neighbors watched Sabrina and worried about her. She was sitting patiently in the driveway waiting for her people to come home. But the neighbors knew that the people had moved away and left Sabrina behind and so they reached out to us. As if that wasn't bad enough, Sabrina wasn't moving properly, and when we took her to see our vet, we found out that she had multiple  fractures of her pelvis! Today Sabrina is doing very well in her foster home. She has been on a program of careful rest and monitored activities and her fractures are healing well. She still has a way to go, but would like to complete her rehab in a home of her own. Help A Dog Smile will continue to cover all necessary medical expenses at her current vet practice. Sabrina has beautiful manners, she is house trained using a doggie door, possibly without one as well. She eats her food nicely and gets along great with the other foster dogs. She is leash trained and enjoys a quiet walk, but is terrified of traffic. It's possible that her pelvis was fractured due to being hit by a car. Sabrina would do well in almost any home. She attaches herself quickly to her humans and is very gentle and undemanding. She has not been around cats or small children but would probably do well. It's important for her continued healing that she not jump or play hard. She is happy to spend her day lying at your feet or curled up in her bed  Sabrina is estimated to be 5-6 years old, and is looking forward to meeting you. Adoption Requirements : Sabrina’s adoption fee is $350. If you think Sabrina is the dog for you please review the following adoption requirements.   Must live in the Phoenix metro area Must have a securely fenced yard Must be willing to work with Help A Dog Smile Rescue on Sabrina’s rehabilitation from a fractured pelvis.  Help A Dog Smile will continue to cover all necessary medical expenses from the fracture at her current vet practice. If you are interested in Sabrina please complete an adoption application*: helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application .  *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.  November 2, 2025, 5:03 pm

Story
I rescued him around 8 months ago from a family friend who he got dumped on after a break up between his original owners. The family friend had a house full of dogs and kids and couldn’t take on another dog which is why I took him in. Since then he’s been good but we’ve had issues between him and my 3 year old daughter which makes it difficult to do anything. He’s another child essentially, he cries for his need, attention, his anxiety is through the roof at times. He needs a family that has the time and space for him and currently I just can’t give that to him, it neither fair to him or my family so I just want him to go to a loving home rather than send him to a facility in a cage. He’s a good dog, potty trained, obedient at times unless he sees someone he wants to greet, He’s very friendly. He’s never really been aggressive even when playing with his toys but his main issue is attention which we just don’t have enough to give him.
