Story
This delightful tricolor bundle of joy is about 2.5 years old and radiating happiness since being rescued after her family left her and her brother behind. Missy might be a bit bashful at first and may need a little time to come out of her shell, but once she does, you’ll have a loyal buddy for life. Missy does have some some social anxiety and needs a slow intoduction with new dogs, but she loves people of all ages. Missy's warm, expressive eyes and wagging tail tell a story of resilience and hope. She is up to date on all her vaccines, spayed, and on a monthly heartworm preventive. If you’re interested in giving Missy the home she deserves, get ready for a lifetime of joy and loyalty from this sweet girl. Unless otherwise noted, dogs with Last Chance Arkansas are cared for in foster homes throughout Arkansas and can be transported to other states if needed. Please note that an additional fee will apply if a transport company is used for out-of-state adoptions.

Story
If there were an award for best dog ears, I would totally get first prize! I am a handsome Foxhound/Siberian Husky mix puppy with gorgeous blue eyes, about 4-1/2 months old, and I now weigh 23 lbs. I was skin and bones when 4 Little Paws Rescue saved all the dogs and puppies from euthanasia at a Port Lavaca “kill” shelter, and it turns out I just needed food and some TLC. As soon as I went to a foster home, had regular meals, and lots of love, everything changed. I gained some weight and started having some fun playing with the other foster puppies. I am now vaccinated and microchipped, have vet records, and I’m ready to live a much better future than the one I was headed for. My foster mom says I am a wonderful boy, friendly and sweet with a heart of gold. I’m great with everyone I meet, including strangers, children, dogs, and kitty cats. I’m playful, love dog toys, sharing kisses, and being held in your arms. I am not a “destroyer,” as my foster mom puts it, and I listen well and behave nicely. I'll be an excellent family puppy, so inquire about me today! Adoption Fee: $650 * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Story
If you can see me, my name is Aubrey and I need as many shares as you can spare… It’s not surprise that a girl like Aubrey is nearly invisible on the adoption circuit. A 2 year old 40 pound pup gets lost in a sea of others just like her. Perhaps that is why this girl ended up on the urgent list. Her score was off the charts on social ability with both humans and pups. This girl loves to play and could do it all day if you let her. She seems to have basic knowledge of skills such as leash, house and crate training. Her enthusiasm to make new friends is off the charts. Sometimes she needs a reminder to calm down, which she does very well in a crate. This girl is so eager to please yet no family wants to take that chance on her. Aubrey is a bright, social, moderately active pup looking for a second chance. If you can give her the opportunity to prove what a phenomenal family pup she can be email Jonesm4318@gmail.com today!

This dog is amazing ! Very obedient, loves the water, sorta plays fetch.. would make a great companion dog. Approx 8 years old. He was a one owner dog but his owner has Alzheimer’s and has moved into a special care home. I promised him I would find him a loving home ! Please help me keep my promise and adopt Boudreaux 🥰 WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org Meet Boudreaux the sweetest Southern gentleman you'll ever meet! At 8-9 years old and around 40lbs, Boudreaux has perfected the balance between playful and relaxed. He's a laid-back guy who loves spending time with his people, whether that's lounging by your side or chasing after a tennis ball in a game of fetch. Boudreaux is looking for a new beginning after spending his entire life with the person who raised him from a puppy. Sadly, due to his owner's declining health, they can no longer care for him. This decision was made out of love, and now Boudreaux is hoping to find another family to spend his golden years with. This handsome gentleman has never met a stranger. He absolutely loves people and greets everyone like an old friend. Boudreaux has a calm, laid-back personality, but don't let his age fool you—he still lights up when it's time to play fetch! He also loves cooling off in the water, making him the perfect companion for lake days, backyard kiddie pools, or simply splashing around on a warm afternoon. This sweet boy is also great with other dogs and is fully housebroken, making him an easy addition to just about any home. With his gentle personality, good manners, and loving heart, Boudreaux is ready to spend his life bringing joy, companionship, and plenty of tail wags to a lucky family. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who will happily join you for a game of fetch, a splash in the water, or a relaxing evening at home, Boudreaux is waiting to meet you!
