Story
Stella is a walker hound who is full of energy! She's spayed & up to date with vaccinations, heartworm free. Stella is sweet. She needs a home with a family who is able to give her time & attention and space to run. She may do best with an older dog or a laid back, confident male. She also plays well with other young, energetic dogs at the shelter. It's unknown if she gets along with cats. Stella is working on being becoming house trained. Stella is very nervous with loud noises. -Thunder, fireworks guns being fired. Stella needs a home where she will not be crated a lot. She goes to the bathroom in her crate. Now whether that is a behavior thing as she does not like a crate we don't know. She does go to the bathroom outside also. She does play well with other dogs and is a sweet little girl. Please consider fostering or adopting. Our rule is if wanting to adopt you would live with Stella for at least two weeks to make sure it is a good fit. You must have a vet reference, a fenced yard, no small children and be a permanent resident of the Jacksonville, Fla area. No apartments. Do not apply unless you meet the requirements, please.

Story
Ranger will be 2 on 4/20 this year. He's very lovable, and goofy. I've had him since he was 10 weeks old. My husband and I recently moved here in Jacksonville and we tried everything we can to make Ranger comfortable but he just needs room to run. We moved into an apartment and Ranger has already tore up the door frame and door. I think he just needs a big yard like he was use to and he will be fine. He has never bit anyone, he's great with kids, and other dogs. Not so much cats. He's a cuddle bug, super sweet, listens for the most part. With this move and no back yard he's just acting out and I don't blame him. I love him to death but he is just not comfortable here at all. I have 2 dog beds, a new bag of dog food, harness, leash, a few toys, nail clippers, and a standing food and water bowl that comes with him. He's had all his shots. He's not fixed though. I just want him to go to a good home with lots of running around room.
