Story
🐾 Statesboro Male | Foxhound Mix | Born 12/23/2025 Meet Statesboro — the sweetest sidekick you could ask for. This handsome foxhound mix boy has warm brown and bright white coloring and the most impressive little hound ears you’ve ever seen. He’s active, playful, and full of puppy joy — but he’s also more of a follower, happy to take cues from his people or canine friends. Statesboro is affectionate, eager to engage, and loves being part of the action. Whether he’s romping in the yard or snuggling up after playtime, he brings a steady, loving energy. He would thrive in a home that will continue guiding him as he grows — helping him build confidence and channel that classic hound curiosity in positive ways. As a young puppy, he will need: • Ongoing socialization • Basic obedience training • Structure and routine • Plenty of exercise and enrichment Statesboro can go to his forever home starting at 9 weeks old. If you’re looking for a loyal little companion with a big heart (and even bigger hound paws), this boy is ready to grow up by your side.

🐾 "Meet Rodneisha, a sweet and sassy firecracker 😆! This almost 2-year-old cutie is a bundle of energy, needing an active family to keep up with her med/high energy levels 💪. Treat-motivated and SMART, she'll keep you on your toes 🧠💡. Rodneisha loves playtime with furry friends and snuggling as the center of attention 🐶💕. - Crate-trained and mostly house-trained 🏠 - Loves puzzle toys and sniffing out solutions 🧩 - Knows 'down', 'crate', 'sit', and 'wait' (with treats, of course 😉) - Strong-willed and needs leash training 🚀 - High prey drive - no chickens or kittens allowed 🚫🐓🚫 - Responds to 'no' and 'eh eh' (buzzer sound) 👮‍♀️ This little lovebug just needs a job to do and someone to love her wild heart 💖. Meet Yara!Yara is such a good girl and has learned her basic commands Sit, Stay, Lay down, No, come and let`s go. She sits for treats and sits for her food bowl. She is getting better and better with walking on a leash with no pulling. She loves her walks so we are getting a lot of practice. She loves her toys and can play a good game of fetch! She has not lived with dogs for quite a while so a little out of practice but we hope with a slow introduction she will be able to co-exist once again. Good with bathing and will hop right in the shower with you. She is house and crate trained. She is ready for a home of her own! Story
Sweet Nugget might be one of the most unusual short stacks we've ever had. We think he is mixed with Basset Hound and Catahoula, but who really knows. He loves to romp in the play yard and really wants all the head scratches you can give. Toy obsessed and very food motivated!Update from his snow foster 1/31/26:Nugget has been enjoying his stay-cation! He is a total love bug and wants nothing more than to be cuddled up next to you. He would be a great binge-watch buddy. He is great about sleeping in his crate. He’s not a chewer but has a healthy curiosity about his environment. We are working on his leash skills. In the dog park, he is faster than his little legs may suggest! He’s a ton of fun and would make an excellent and completely lovable companion Nugget was Heartworm Positive and was treated with a slow kill treatment plan.  His six month re-test is now NEGATIVE.  Adopters should follow-up with their vet regarding any additional treatments and monitoring.
