Hi My Name is Snoopy!! Are you looking for a new best friend that loves to cuddle, gives the best kisses, and is just the sweetest fella ever? Well that's me!! I am a little shy at first but once I feel comfortable then its all about playing, going for walks, lots of cuddle time and kisses. I am crate trained, and havent had any accidents in my suite. I like other friends with a slow and proper introduction, and kids are my friends too. I am learning that car rides can be cool, especially if we end up at a park to play, and then come back home to cuddle. I am up to date on vaccines, neutered and ready to find my new best buddy! *Current on Vaccines & Preventatives *Neutered *Dog & Kid Friendly *Adoption fee $250 APPLY TODAY!!! https://peaceloveandpawsrescue.com/adopt%2Ffoster-application

Story
This is Nickie! She’s a 60 pound terrier mix who was born around 3/24/24. Nickie has completed her job as a mama and has skillfully raised all her pups, so now she’s looking for a home of her own. She is up to date on her vaccinations and heartworm negative. This wonderful lady deserves the bestest home of her very own. And you have the opportunity to provide that for her. Nickie is an excellent companion and a fantastic overall dog. She would fit perfectly into any home… so how about it? Why not set up a meet and greet with this girl now. Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. MICHIGAN RESIDENTS—>PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/TAP/2450-michigan-adoption Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport. Thank you SO MUCH for giving a homeless Arkansas pup a chance at a real life with a family of their very own!

Story
Benson is a senior dog, allegedly 14 years old. I rescued him from Ann Arbor Humane Society in 2019. They estimated his age to be about 7 at the time. We have been together since. Benson has lived with other dogs in the past and did fairly well. He has become a grumpy old man with younger male pups, but gets along well with the lady dogs. He has lived with two cats as well for a couple years. I have come to a point with work where I am moving and cannot take him with me. It breaks my heart but I got to do what I got to do. Benson does have pretty bad separation anxiety, which has caused some house accidents. Ideally, he needs someone who has time for him. He loves walks, hikes, and car rides and enjoys exploring. Terrified of bodies of water. He has a surprising amount of energy for “14 years old.” He is pretty good with commands and very good motivated. He hasn’t been to the vet in a while. He has lipomas on his face and random spots on his body but they don’t seem to bother him.
