Story
*Name: Elsa *Age: 1 year old  *Current Weight: 40lbs  *Rescued from: South Carolina  *Adoption fee: $475 Meet Elsa – Our Brave Little Winter Wonderland Mama, Ready for Her Happily Ever After! At just 1 year old, Elsa has already shown more love and devotion than most dogs do in a lifetime. She was found living on an abandoned property in rural South Carolina with her eleven tiny babies, doing everything she could to keep them safe and cared for. With no one looking out for her, Elsa gave all she had to her puppies for their first eight weeks of life until rescue finally came. Now that her babies are safe and she's done being a mom, it’s finally Elsa’s turn to live a happy, carefree life every pup deserves.  Elsa is a sweet, gentle soul with the softest heart. She can be a little timid when meeting new people—she’s still learning that humans are kind and that she’s safe now—but once she settles in, her quiet sweetness truly shines. She loves curling up in a cozy, peaceful spot in her foster home where she can relax and feel secure. She takes treats and food ever so gently, a little reminder of her tender nature. She's also got a playful side and loves to use her nose to explore the outdoors. Nothing makes this girl happier than a hike in the woods or a stroll through a nearby park, followed by a brief zoomies session.  One of the most beautiful things about Elsa is how she lights up around other dogs. Having spent her early life focused on survival, she absolutely blossoms in the company of canine friends. She plays politely with dogs of all sizes and ages and would thrive in a home with another pup to help build her confidence and share in joyful play. Elsa has been through so much at such a young age. Now she deserves a family who will show her the love, patience, and spoiling she’s always given so freely to others. With a little time and kindness, this brave mama will reward you with quiet devotion, gentle companionship, and a heart full of gratitude. It’s Elsa’s turn to be someone’s baby. Could that be you? Story
*Name: Jethro *Age: 1 year old  *Current Weight: 52lbs  *Rescued from: Georgia  *Adoption fee: $475   Meet Jethro Jethro’s story didn’t start out easy. He was found abandoned and chained outside, left to face the world on his own. But despite everything he’s been through, Jethro’s heart has stayed soft, his spirit gentle, and his love for people unwavering. This 1-year-old hound mix is a total sweetheart who thrives on connection. He adores people, bonds quickly, and lights up when he’s around other dogs. He’s happiest snuggled up next to his people, exploring the world on a walk, or playing with a canine friend. He would enjoy having a playful doggy brother or sister to share adventures and snuggles with. His foster family says he’s affectionate, smart, and eager to please—he’s a quick learner who responds beautifully to positive guidance and treats. Jethro has been making amazing progress in his foster home. He’s learning house manners, leash walking, and basic commands. He enjoys hikes where he meets other dogs and people along the way, and he takes it all in stride. Jethro is playful, curious, and full of life, but he’s also ready to settle down with a family who will give him the love, structure, and patience he deserves. Jethro is looking for a home where he can continue to grow, explore, and be loved unconditionally. He’s the kind of dog who will shower you with affection, be a loyal companion on adventures, and snuggle by your side at the end of a long day. If you’re ready to open your heart to a resilient, loving soul with a spirit as big as his heart, Jethro is waiting to meet you.
