Hi there, we are a trio of Foxhound mix pups named Butch Cassidy, Sundance Kid, and Annie Oakley. We are about 6-1/2 months old and we were dumped in Padre Park in San Antonio Texas about 4 months ago. We were hiding in the tall grass near a river bank when a lady and child walked by so we decided this would be a great time to ask for help. With wagging tails and happy faces, our plan worked! The nice lady brought us home and she is now our foster mom. Now that we are spayed/neutered and fully vaccinated we are ready to find forever homes. I’m Annie, I weigh 34 lbs, and I am a sweet girl, a little shy/submissive at first but then friendly, and happy, and I get along great with all humans young and old, and other dogs. I love to play, I love doggy toys and I love doggy treats, but who wouldn't? I only bark to alert, don’t dig or jump fences, and I don't mind a ride in the car. My foster home is out in the country so I haven’t had much practice walking with a leash, but I’m smart and willing and do ok when we walk in the city. There is a rescue dog transport van leaving Texas in a couple of weeks and it’s heading to Connecticut and the nearby states.
