He is good with female dogs not sure about male dogs. Excellent with cats, kids, people, when out out on walks he's good meeting new dogs/people. If he gets a scent, he won't jerk you but he will pull you. He's 8 yrs old. He has his rabies shots but no other shots. I've been trying to work with him on house training, he won't poop in the house, as long as you take him out a few times a day. He pees a lot but, he is old. He loves toys, but he does not know how to fetch or play. He Loves chew bones, he gets snacks at night such as half a can of moist food, doggy ice cream, chew bones, etc . He loves to be sung to--he loves you are my sunshine, Jesus loves me, Jesus loves the little puppies, he does not bark/howl/growl.

Fawn is a 1 1/2 year old female Labrador x Hound kind of mix who is looking for some lucky family to call her own. Fawn is around 50 pounds full grown - perfect medium size! This girl LOVES her people, loves any sort of interaction she can get, and just wants to be loved on.Fawn`s background is largely unknown to us - she was found as a stray and nobody can figure out why. She is social, athletic, happy, and just a lot of fun! She would be an amazing dog for an active family who has time for walks and playtime, but she has a wonderful off switch for when it is time to settle down. She has been very non=reactive with other dogs but would probably do best in a cat free home - they are just so fun to chase around. A very dog savvy cat may be a possibility, but she still might be a little much. Fawn walks pretty well on a leash already, is obedient and very smart - she will work for food and is a dream to train with. We are pretty sure that she is one of those dogs that will give her whole heart and soul to her family and be an ever loyal and true companion. We do not know if she is house trained, but she does keep her kennel clean, so has the right idea. She has been introduced to a crate, and does fine in the car.We think Fawn would be fine with kids that are a little older - 10 and up. We have seen her interact with kids of all different ages and she does well, but she may be a little opportunistic with young kids, their toys, their snacks. We get it - eye level peanut butter sandwiches just seem so ripe for the taking...who can resist?If you want an all around family dog who will enjoy anything and everything you wish to do with her, Fawn might just be your girl. Hikes? She`s in. The local park? Let`s go! Shopping at the local pet store? Yes please! Snoozing right next to you as you wind down with your favorite tv show at the end of the day? Say no more. Fawn is available for adoption.

This enchanting floppy eared creature is Kevin! Kevin is a 15 week old male Husky/Treeing Walker Coonhound mix (I mean, maybe?) who is a boppy poppy happy to meet you young man. Currently weighing in at about 25 pounds, Kev will likely be around a 60 pound adult. We aren`t sure who wouldn`t IMMEDIATELY fall in love with that gorgeous face, but if you haven`t already, just move it on along because we aren`t sure what is wrong with you! Kevin is sweet, playful, excellent on a leash (ALREADY), brilliant, trainable, and everything one could want in a lug of a squishy pup. He has a beautiful singing voice, and while you won`t likely hear it all that often (he`s just not a super noisy fellow, surprisingly) if you`re lucky, you will get to sing a long every so often. This dude needs to romp and roll, hang with the fam, and be someone`s bro. Since he is a baby puppy, Kevin will need all the puppy things like obedience training and more socialization (though he is already quite the social butterfly). At his tender age he is not completely house trained, but someone at some point, did some sort of work with him because he will often wait for a walk to eliminate rather than go in his kennel. This little love has the right idea already! He loves toys, treats and everything in-between. He would likely do well with kids, other dogs, and with some training and direction, cats. Kevin isn`t quite ready for adoption but he will be soon! If you are interested in him, we encourage you to submit an application for adoption
