Behaviors: Vermouth is a total love bug. She is happiest in her foster’s lap. She also loves treats and eats well, so she easily gained the weight she needed. Crated at night, zooms about adorably for a few minutes in the morning. Eats, then begins her pattern of snuggling and snoozing. Cats: Not tested but assume no reaction. Other dogs: Deals well with all dogs - big and small, old and young. Children: unknown but feel sure she’d do well. Adults: Adores people, male and female. Actively seeks out and gives affection. Potty Training Progress: crate trained. Does not like to go outside but with a regular schedule she’s really close! Other behavioral info: She does not play with toys yet but she’s getting into them, especially racing after balls. She is doing very well with commands “come” and “sit.” Great things about Vermouth: She is the most loving and trusting dog her foster has ever known. She likes people even more than dogs! Whatever her environment, as long as she is reassured that she is loved, she’ll do fine. She's a perfect car rider. Foster mom broke her foot, so hasn’t been able to practice the leash much, but we’ve worked on it in the house and she’s coming along. But she’s definitely a house lapdog and not a hiking dog. 🙂 Other things to know about Vermouth: To meet her is to love her totally. Foster mom would love to keep her if she could!

Crate Training: Does well in her crate. Leash Training: Shiraz’s foster has been working on leash training and Shiraz is doing well. Other behavioral info: Shiraz is very playful and is the sweetest girl. She’s very gentle and that makes her great with kids and other dogs. Shiraz is potty trained, and she does excellent with a schedule. Shiraz is crate trained but does enjoy sleeping with her foster and the resident pup.

Behaviors- Calm, loves attention, no aggression that we have seen, plays with toys and chews on bones sometimes, loves naps Cats: Never been around them Other dogs: Has been around small dogs 21lbs to 27 lbs., male and female with no issues Children: Has been around kids 4-13 years old with no issues Adults: Very friendly to all adults Potty Training Progress: doing well, learning to ask to go out, has had very few accidents inside. Other behavioral info: Jäger is pretty laid back. He’s been social since day one. No warming up time. Just wants to be acknowledged and loved on. Likes food, loves to be petted, learning to like comfy beds, occasionally plays with toys and chews. Great things about Jägermeister: He’s learning to enjoy the comfy life. He’s a happy dog and loves to be around the action. Although there can be a lot going and he may just be napping close by. I think he’d love to be a couch potato one day. When it’s nice and sunny, he likes to be outside and wonder around. I think he would do well with other dogs, but could also be the only pet, as long as there is a lot of attention and affection given.

As of 3/16/24 Lady still has not found a new home!! I am running out of options for her, I can not keep her, shelters are full!! Lady is a very loving dog with lots of energy, she is kennel trained. She jumps on people and if you're not careful she will knock you over, she knocked me into the wall a few times. She is food aggressive towards other animals but has never bitten or growled at me, but I've never stuck my hand in her bowl, I just tell her to back off and I take the bowl. She belonged to my ex husband and I was dog sitting and he decided he didn't want her anymore cause he's out of town a lot for work so I have had her since May of 2023. She gets along with my dogs and cat and loved my grandkids when they visited and they are 6 and 2. She loves to play and play fetch, she's really a sweetheart. I just can't keep her cause I have one dog that isn't always a fan of her energy.
