She sees the vet tomorrow to get some anti-itch injection, meds, and testing but right now she's pretty miserable. She needs to gain weight and get her skin under control before she gets spayed and THEN she can get adopted. Meet Mochi, a 3-year-old Frenchie with a face like a marshmallow and one blue eye that absolutely sees into your soul (she knows what you did, and she forgives you anyway). Mochi recently lost all her baby weight and is feeling VERY proud of herself, so she’s on the hunt for a forever family who will help her maintain her fabulous figure—for health reasons, obviously. Think daily walks, sensible snacks, and maybe the occasional treat tax (she insists). She’s sweet, social, and basically a professional roommate: She is great with other dogs, gentle with kids, and totally unbothered by the cats in her foster home. Very “live and let nap.” On the health front: Mochi has had chronic ear infections that caused hematomas in her ears. She’s currently being treated for one and is expected to recover soon—she’s a trooper and handling it like a champ.
