Story
Loki is a sweet french bulldog. He's about 8 and a half years old but has been having a rough time over the past couple years. He is my daughter's dog but currently she works full time, is taking classes and is also about to have a baby so since her plate is so full, I am taking him in temporarily until I can hopefully find a loving home for him. He would do best with a person or family without kids or other pets right now mainly because he needs so much attention. He is having issues with his back legs/hips and his feet slide out to the side. I believe since he is having such a hard time getting around, he also is struggling with always making it outside to go potty. So my daughter has been keeping diapers on him for the most part and it has helped but occasionally he also poops in the house. He is a little anxious and hyper when new people or animals come over. I think he would do really well with someone very patient and loving who is able to spend more time with him.

Story
Nova is a 35lb adult (5yr-ish) French bulldog mix. She is incredibly sweet and affectionate and would love to find a forever home. She is still working on her housetraining (great with #1, still working on #2). She walks perfectly on a leash and adores snuggles and couch naps. She loves to show her excitement by wagging her whole body! She came into the rescue with a number of health issues - like most Frenchies - and needs an adopter who understands the financial committments of owning this wonderful, but expensive breed. She had a corneal ulcer (being treated with eye medication), a UTI (treated), unaltered (we fixed her), and with heartworms (she's on the slow kill treatment). Despite all of that, her spirit is amazing - full of love and happiness!! Nova is located in Houston TX and will only be transported upon completed adoption. Her adoption fee is $400. Inquiries will not be responded to unless a completed application has been sent. You can fill out an application at www.recycleddogsrescue.org. You must fill out all of the blanks in the application - put "n/a" if one question is not applicable to you.

Andre arrives in Wisconsin on December 14th. Andre is a social and affectionate cinnamon-colored Frenchie who adores everyone he meets and thrives on being close to his humans. Though he prefers not to be crated, his calm nature shines when he gets to be with his people. Andre delights in fetch, quiet time, walks, outdoor adventures, and playing gently with toys or bones, and he especially loves spending time with the pugs in his foster home. A devoted lap-snuggler and loyal bedtime companion, he’s happiest napping beside his favorite humans. With his adorable short Frenchie frame, big square head, and incredibly sweet demeanor, Andre truly is a wonderful dog. He is seeking an adopter experienced with his breed and their unique medical needs, someone ready to appreciate just how special he is. Interested in adoption?
