Story
Bear was sired by our first German Shepherd and a friend's female German Shepherd. She is 8 years old. She's never been around cats, not sure she would do well because of that. A home without cats or other dogs may be best. Bear starts out very shy around people. The Kennel where we board her when needed has never had an issue with Bear. Bear does not jump on humans and walks well alongside while being on a leash. We are re-homing her because she does not get along with her brother but does okay with her nephew. The only children she's really ever interacted with are the granddaughters she grew up with who are now 13, 16, and 18. Not sure how she would do with other children due to no interaction. Bear has no toy or food aggression. She will bark at strangers walking by the house and is very home protective. House broken and can be put in a kennel when necessary. She will follow you everywhere. Very loving and affectionate with my husband and myself.

Story
Stella is looking for a single animal home. She is a sweet girl who loves to play. She enjoys running outside and playing fetch. She can be a little hesitant of new people, but warms up pretty quickly. She has a strong prey drive, therefore no cats in her future home. She is barrier reactive. She is obedient, loves to learn, and is willing to please. She is sweet and social. Adopter would need to be willing to continue training with her previous trainer, located in Monroe, WI., to help her transition to her new surroundings. Stella has shown that she is sensitive to new situations within the first few days of being there. She will need someone who will provide her with adequate support and training expectations. Potential owner should be an experienced dog owner. If you are interested in adopting this adorable canine, please FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION on our website www.safehavenforpets.org. Story
Zeon is a fun-loving, energetic boy who has never met a day he didn't want to make more exciting. This rambunctious guy has a huge personality and loves being the center of attention. He is affectionate, playful, and always looking for an opportunity to interact with his people. Zeon loves his toys, especially stuffies and squeaky toys, and he's always happy to stop for some ear scratches or butt scratches along the way. He also has a funny habit of wanting to be right between your legs, because apparently personal space is optional when you're Zeon! His enthusiasm can sometimes come out as jumping and mouthiness, so he'll need a family who is willing to continue working on his manners and help him learn appropriate ways to express all that excitement. Zeon gets along with other dogs and is crate trained. He would do best in an active home with a securely fenced yard, consistent structure, and plenty of daily exercise. Walks, playtime, training, and enrichment will all help give this energetic boy the outlets he needs to thrive. Zeon is the kind of dog who will keep you laughing and make sure you're never bored. He's got plenty of energy, plenty of personality, and an undeniable zest for life. If you're looking for an active companion who wants to be involved in everything you do, Zeon is ready to join the adventure.
