Meet Paxton Paxton is an eight year old black German Shepherd with a calm, gentle presence. He is truly a well mannered companion who has settled nicely into home life. Paxton is crate trained, potty trained, and walks well on a leash. He also knows basic cues such as sit and give paw. He loves to play catch with a ball and enjoys having a good chew toy nearby, but overall he is a very relaxed, easygoing dog. Paxton is comfortable around other dogs and cats and generally pays them no mind. His foster describes him as a calm cuddler who is sweet, obedient, and eager to please. He is happy to do whatever you ask of him. Paxton is past the puppy stage and ready to offer steady companionship, affection, and a peaceful presence to his new family. If you are looking for a loyal, gentle dog who fits easily into a home, Paxton may be the perfect match. Story
Vida spent her whole life with her previous owners. Due to moving to a place that would not accept pets, Vida is now with us. While in the shelter, we've noticed Vida doesn't like to be approached and will bark, but loves when you take her out for walks. She was known to be very loving and protective of her previous owner and children, but has not been introduced to children since coming to the shelter. Since she is standoffish with new people, it would probably be recommended that she only be around older children. She has been trained: sit, down, stay, come, shake, roll over. Vida's favorite toy: balls She is looking for a family to give her a loving home for the rest of her life. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 69.8 Age: 9yrs 8mths 3wks

Story
Meet Lizzy, a beautiful German Shepherd-Husky mix with a heart full of love and a zest for life! Lizzy came to the shelter as an owner surrender, as her previous family had too many pets to care for. Lizzy is sweet, friendly, and eager to find her forever home.Lizzy is a bundle of energy, always ready for an adventure! She absolutely loves going on walks and playing fetch, showing her playful and athletic side. She's the perfect companion for an active family or individual who enjoys outdoor activities and has the time to give her the exercise and attention she craves. She loves playing tug of war with her people, but a ball or a rope will do as well. She will need to be introduced to new people slowly as she doesn't like when strangers invade her space. Once she gets to know you, she is very comfortable just sharing your space. She will relax and hang out with you after a good tug of war session. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate dog who will keep you on your toes, Lizzy might just be the perfect match for you! Come meet her today and see for yourself how wonderful she is.
