Story
Hattie is a very sweet girl who loves treats. She has been in the office around cats and has played with some dogs. Hattie is incredibly smart and food-driven. She knows how to sit and is learning to wait at doors, touch, and down. She doesn't seem to have much experience walking on a leash but is catching on quickly. Hattie does like to jump on people to say hello and thinks she is a tiny puppy. Coming out of her kennel Hattie is vey high energy but during home visits she settles fairly quickly and wants to chill on the couch. Due to her size and energy, we do not recommend that she live in a house with children under 12. Hattie is up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. If you are interested in Hattie please fill out an adoption application on our website.

Story
This high-energy eight-month-old girl is ready for her forever home. Freya loves bubbles and will play with them as long as you let her. She is very easily excited and bouncy, so we do not recommend her for a home with children. She is looking for a home that has the patience for a big energetic puppy that needs daily exercise and training. She knows how to sit and lay down, and has been learning about walking on a leash. We are not sure if she will accept another dog as we are currently testing her around other animals. She grew up in a home where she was the only pet, so that might be what she is going to need as a good match. Freya is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you are interested in Freya, please fill out an adoption application.

Meet Zack: Your New Adventure Buddy! 🐾 Say hello to Zack, a charming 3-year-old, 50-pound shepherd mix who’s ready to steal your heart with his sweet and steady personality! This handsome pup loves being around people and is especially great with kids, making him the perfect companion for families who enjoy outdoor adventures and plenty of playtime. Zack gets along wonderfully with friendly, non-dominant dogs and is safe with cats, so he’d fit right into a multi-pet home. While he’s not overly hyper, Zack loves to play, explore, and go for walks, happily entertaining himself with toys or hanging out with his favorite humans. With no behavior issues and a loyal, loving nature, Zack would thrive in an active household that’s ready to share life’s big and small moments with a devoted furry friend. Story
Meet Felipe! Felipe is a 1-year-old, 60 lb Shepherd mix with a big heart and an adventurous spirit! He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and ready to find his forever family. Felipe is friendly with other dogs, doesn’t mind cats, and loves both people and kids. Because he’s still young, energetic, and strong, a home with older children would be the best fit. He’s doing great learning to walk nicely on a leash and already knows his crate routine. This playful boy loves to run, jump, and explore — an active family that enjoys outdoor adventures would be perfect for him. But once the fun is over, Felipe is also happy to settle down and relax by your side. Felipe was born with what we believe is blindness in one eye, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit! He navigates the world with confidence and joy. If you would like to learn more about Felipe or one of our other rescue dogs, please visit our website https://www.joshuafundrescue.org/adoptioninfo and fill out an application form. Story
Meet Chucky: Your New Best Friend! 🐾❤️ Say hello to Chucky, a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd mix weighing 72 lbs, bursting with love and energy! This sweet boy is fully vetted, with a clean bill of health from his vet visit yesterday, including negative heartworm and fecal exams, and an up-to-date rabies vaccine. 🩺 Chucky is a big-hearted pup who thrives on affection and loves to cuddle, play, and chew on his favorite toys. He’s incredibly friendly, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and with proper training, he’d likely do well with cats, too! While he’s confident and may stand his ground with dominant dogs, Chucky is all about spreading love and joy. 🐶 This playful goofball adores running, playing, and soaking up attention, making him the perfect companion for an active family with teens who can shower him with love. Chucky would thrive in a home with another dog to play with and plenty of space to run, plus a cozy spot inside to stay close to his family. 🏡 Since joining our family last year, Chucky has become a beloved member, but he’s ready to find his forever home where he can shine as the star of the show. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, and fun-loving companion, Chucky is your guy! 🥰 Interested in meeting this amazing pup?
